Do you remember the good old days when we went after the bad guys rather than the old, the young, and the infirm?

Today the “bad guys” that society pursues are a growing number of our children. Increasingly, while our children are in school, they are being preyed upon by ruthless school administrators and the servants of the holy order of the private prison system and the exponentially growing number of rogue cops. The implications of the abuse being perpetrated against our students is far-reaching and often has profound implications for a child’s entire future.

What Are Our Children Being Taught?
In the first two articles of this series, I highlighted private prison organizations like the CCA, with its monolithic Wall Street investors who, by any means possible, are driving up prison occupancy rates purely for reasons of profit. Increasingly, privatized prisons are reaching into the school age population in order to increase its new and lucrative customer base. Subsequently, your child is at risk every time that they walk on to a school campus because increasingly, children are being funneled from school to the criminal justice system.

It will be clear from the cases presented in the following paragraphs, that either, willingly or unwittingly, the schools are partners with the for-profit criminal justice system and are complicit in feeding children into the prison system from which most people are never able to separate from.

This is one of the most disgusting practices to have ever existed in this country and most Americans are not even aware that this is going on.

Even if your child does not become one of the prison to school population victims, your child is still being taught how to subjugate themselves to the state, to serve as slaves to mindless authority, whether its the wearing of RFID student ID badges or having their diet controlled by Michelle Obama’s dietary minions. But most of all, some of our children are being taught how to become career criminals for the minor infractions that a child commits in school. For once a child is adjudicated and gets into the system, approximately 95% never get out of that system. Increasingly in our schools, what we used to call the prankster of yesterday, becomes the hardened criminal of tomorrow.

Three representative cases have been selected for your review which demonstrates the depths of depravity that we find in so many of our “educational” institutions which could care less about the children they are supposed to serve, but rather many of these schools serve a heartless police state with its nonsensical and profit driven zero tolerance policies.

Logan Middle School (WV)

Jared Marcum is facing a year behind bars
Jared Marcum was been suspended after refusing to change his NRA shirt. The boy wore his shirt to five classes without incident until a self-righteous teacher decided he was not going to let Marcum wear a shirt that had a gun on it. The boy rightly refused to take his shirt off after the teacher ordered to him to do so, because there is no policy in the school handbook forbidding such a shirt. Even if there was, it would have been an unconstitutional policy. In your former civics class, do you remember the 1969 Supreme Court Case of Mary Beth Tinker vs. the Des Moines Independent School District? Tinker was suspended for wearing an arm band in protest against the Vietnam War. The Supreme Court held that political motivated clothing is a form protected free speech. It would seem that the principal of Logan Middle School, needs a lesson in basic US History and Constitutional law.

Marcum is facing a $500 fine and up to a year in prison. He is charged of obstructing an officer. How do you obstruct an officer in Logan County? You talk back to him by professing your innocence. The Logan County Sheriff’s office was also threatening to charge the boy as a terrorist. Even the court documents verify that Marcum never made any threats or acted violently. However, we would not want to confuse prosecutors with the facts now would we? It seems that all the officials in Logan County, WV. want their pound of flesh.

Marcum’s trial is set for July 11th. By the way, Marcum was allowed to return to school and look what he wore when he returned to the Logan Middle School indoctrination camp.

The Academy for Learning High School in Dolton, IL.
Special needs students, need special attention to help them cope with challenges that most of us take for granted. Marhawn Pitts, a 15-year-old special education student was walking down a hallway at school when a police officer grabbed him and threw him to the ground. Pitts was beaten and nearly choked to death and the entire incident was caught on tape.

Watch the video below as you will be horrified as this thug of a police officer slams this special education child to the ground, breaks his nose with a barrage of punches and put him in a life-threatening hold.

Maybe the young Pitts deserved this vicious attack. After all he was breaking school policy. Pitts had committed the egregious offense of leaving his shirttail out. For having his shirt not tucked into his pants, this young boy was beaten and choked to within an inch of his life.

Zena Naiditch of Equip for Equality, a legal advocacy group that fights for the rights of people with disabilities, looked at the video and said the type of physical restraint used by the officer has killed students. “It’s called a face-down take-down, and kids and adults often die because they can’t breathe.”

The US Government Accounting Office report released in May, just one day before the officer’s use of the hold on Pitts, found face-down take-downs led to at least 20 deaths nationwide.

Riverside County Sheriff’s Also Enjoy Abusing Special Education Children

Meet Doug and Catherine Snodgrass, they have a special needs son who suffers from Asperger’s. Children with Asperger’s are normally very withdrawn. Subsequently, when their son made a new friend, the parents were ecstatic. The new friend, “Daniel,” began to endlessly text his new friend, a boy with a profound disability which can impair social functioning.

In reality, Daniel was an undercover cop with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department who “harassed” the boy to sell him his prescription medication. When the Snodgrass boy refused, the cop continued to try to entrap the boy and gave the Snodgrass boy $20 to buy him marijuana, and the boy complied.

In the old days, this would have proven to be a classic case of entrapment. However, in today’s police state mentality, this is business as usual.

Is Chaparral High School an educational institution or a re-education camp served by the Gestapo of the Riverside Sheriff”s Department?
The parents are suing their son’s high school, Chaparral High School, for allowing undercover police officers to set up the 17-year-old special-needs student for a drug arrest.

In a video segment on ABC News, they parents were taken in by Daniel as well, thinking that this was the social breakthrough they were looking for. Unfortunately, this predator cop tried to trick this special education boy to do something wrong so that he could be jailed.

Kids for Cash and the School to Prison Pipeline
Since 2003, former Judge, Mark Ciavarella Jr., received millions of dollars in bribes for condemning minors to maximum prison sentences. The money was paid out in behalf of privatized prisons. In one notorious case, Ciavarella sentenced a 10-year-old to two years in a private detention facility for accidentally bottoming out his mother’s car.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court found that Ciavarella unlawfully sentenced over 5,000 young men and women to prison. Ciavarella’s “kids for cash” program has revealed that corruption is indeed within the prison system, mostly driven by the growth in private prisons seeking profits by any means necessary. Many of these 5,000 children sentenced to prison were done so for minor violations while attending one of the local public schools.

What we are seeing here is only the tip of the iceberg. In my research for this article, I found hundreds of cases of this type of abuse being perpetrated upon children in an attempt to supply the new prisoners for profit schemes. This is a deliberate plot being directed at our children.

The lobbyists for the Wall Street investors, behind the private prisons, have successfully convinced legislators to enact zero tolerance policies, three strikes, longer sentences and mandatory sentences. No wonder we house 25% of the world’s prison population, yet, we only comprise 5% of the world’s population.

There are still great teachers and administrators who serve our children with pride and distinction. However, when your child walks on to his/her campus next fall, realize that their freedom and their resulting future is at risk on an ever-increasing basis.

And this is who is waiting to profit from the misguided partnership between your child’s school and the local prison system.

The CCA, the largest owner of privatized prisons.

And let’s not forget to give credit where is credit is most due.

They make money when your child is in jail rather than in school.

Back in the mid 1980s, I was a member of Citizens for Excellence in Education, headed up by Dr. Robert Simons. Dr. Bob truly believed that all that was needed was more Christian involvement in the schools to change things. During that time, my daughter came home in 5th grade telling me she was forced to see a filmstrip that promoted witchcraft, and after I challenged the district, which caused the teachers’ union and the liberals to form a group (Friends of Education ~ FOE) to fight parents like me, and the school decided to keep the occult material on the shelf, we realized that you can’t change the system. We brought our children home and that’s where they were educated for the next 20 years. It took Dr. Bob a while longer, but he, too, came over to our side and saw that public education is recalcitrant ~~ it will never be changed. The foundation is corrupt. All that can be done is to let it die of starvation; teach your children at home!

And what do “old homeschool moms” do? We court watch. In March, I had an opportunity to sit in on a hearing for a friend who had been wrongfully arrested for “failure to identify”. As we waited for his time, we saw at least half a dozen young people go up before the judge and be fined exorbitant amounts and also be berated and mocked by a self-righteous judge/revenue enhancer. I went home that day and started reading about the “Texas School to Prison Pipeline” and was horrified. I then talked to some young people who attend local public schools. Yep. Kids get are getting arrested. They also told me that they are regularly lined up in the halls for searches. If their hands are in their pockets, they get arrested. (!) I asked these young ladies (seniors), “How does that make you feel?” They responded that they didn’t like it, but it was necessary for everyone’s safety. I sighed, as I knew that they had learned their lessons very well.

Teachers are not always appreciative of what their students are learning. This young man is a good example

Schools are prisons.
Period!
In 12 years a child should have MASTERED at least ONE discipline, if not more
yet ALL someone coming out of these brainwashing prisons can do is they MIGHT be able to get a basic job making minimum wage.
The "official" solution upon recognizing this outcome is to go to 4 MORE years of prison which will likely send you into a lifetime of being a DEBT slave, this is one of the main reasons for the 12 years prison!
