Well my mom doesn't want to move back to Croatia which has totally fucked up my plans.
But something to consider that I found out today was, that if she were to sell her house which might be worth a million which she bought for 60K there would be a gains tax of about 23% of the difference. But if she still owns the property and dies there is no tax.
Just a heads up.

It's funny you mention that. My mom and I have a decent relationship and we laughed about that today, and her response was, "I'm not worth going to jail for".
This is a great line to use with people, "I'd kill you but you're not worth going to jail for".

I'd LOVE to rent an RV and take my mom, while she's still alive, my dogs and do a road trip across Utah up through Idaho, to Montana etc.

The first $250,000 (for individuals) or $500,000 for married is tax free. The rest is taxed.

JQP, we're meeting with our goyim attorney in the morning so I'll be able to provide the details tomorrow, but he said it's all good news under 5 million.

My only income is my SS.......... :) ...............but someone is going to do good after I die.........if they only have need and not greed.
I was thinking what to do after silver goes up up up..........with my land patent I don't have to ask anyone permission to make my home bigger, I think that I will and then bring down from Miami a Cuban cook and a maid..............I am not to old to handle "Silver Islan" which has been my dream just about for ever.

Do it. Just not in winter. You would probably be better off finding a used one for sale in the offseason and get it ready to go in the spring.

Ask the attorney about having your mom add you to the deed, or do a living trust.

Hell, you're probably the best prepped one here out of us all, which means if SHTF in the next decade or so, you'll probably outlive us all.

I already know that I am a target, all that I can do is to play the game to the best of my knowlege...I'll enjoy it, believe or not.
