Ancient Egyptian statue has started MOVING sparking fears it has been struck by a 'curse of the Pharaohs'

10-inch tall relic, is an offering to Egyptian God Osiris, God of the dead
It has been filmed on a time lapse, seemingly spinning 180 degrees
TV physicist Brian Cox among the experts being consulted on mystery
But some now believe there could be 'spiritual explanation' for turning statue

It sounds like the something from the script of a Hollywood action adventure.
But the 'mystery of the moving mummy' - which has seen an Egyptian statue mysteriously start to spin round in a display case - has spooked museum bosses.
The 10-inch tall relic, an offering to the Egyptian God Osiris, was found in a mummy's tomb and has been at the Manchester Museum for 80 years.

But in recent weeks, curators have been left scratching their heads after they kept finding it facing the wrong way. They now believe there could be a 'spiritual explanation' for the turning statue.

Only turns when it's light, and once facing it's back to the people it stops. Strange.

very interesting.

of course, the museum might be having cash flow problems, and needed a cleverly concealed hoax to get suckers into the gift shop.

is the museum owned by Jews ?

i'm guessing is some kind of harmonic vibration, possibly caused by the HVAC or something else near by. It simply resonates and then is vibrating around at which point it doesn't resonate any longer so it stops spinning.

That's pretty weird. I wonder what they did to get it to move like that without moving the other pieces around it. I figure it probably is a stunt to make some extra money, so good show.

That should be alleviated by moving it to the opposite end of the shelf.

It reminds me of a comedy show called Father Ted. They had a committee of priests come to the town to consider upgrading a holy object to a "Class 2 Relic" to get more punters in. I can't remember what it was exactly. A rock or something maybe. The episode was called tentacles of doom.

This should get in all the illuminati pyramid/Ra worshippers

Probably vibrations in the glass shelving from people walking around during the day, or perhaps there is construction going on outside, or maybe big trucks passing by that cause vibrations in the building. The statue is probably shaped such that it naturally wants to rotate about it's center-point and also such that one side is a little heavier than the other. The glass shelf is angled slightly off-horizontal so that when the vibrations occur the statue slowly starts rotating until the heavy part is pointed toward the lowest point in the direction the shelf is inclined.

Why such an elaborate plot? It's the Jews stupid.

That would seem to be a rational explanation

Nailed it!

Solved: the riddle of the rotating Egyptian statue
LONDON (Reuters) - For months, curators at a British museum had been wondering how an ancient Egyptian statue in a sealed display cabinet had been able to rotate on its glass shelf, seemingly of its own free will.

Rumors abounded that it was cursed by an Egyptian god, or that the spirit of its owner had entered the figurine, causing it to shudder. Others put forward more prosaic explanations, suggesting a magnetic field was behind the statue's movements.
But now, a British engineer has solved the riddle, discovering that miniscule vibrations from traffic and footsteps from passersby were causing the 3,800-year-old stone figurine to spin.

"The statue was rotating due to vibrations entering the display case," Steve Gosling told Reuters by telephone on Wednesday. "We installed an accelerometer and found that vibrations from both road traffic and footfall within the museum were the cause."

You rent your ability to cry about the Jews from the Jews...It is so funny how ignorant you are.

The Jews created the Internet and offered it to you free to sucker you into the gift shop of lies and delusions and now you will shop till the day you drop.
