I don't have time to watch more then a few minutes, but it looks interesting. "Racism" is one of those flexible terms like "terrorism" (Hi NSA!). When I fill out applications I will state my gender or veteran status, but decline to state race. It is just BS, at least as constructed politically. That is not to say there are not true concepts of race, but employers really have no business being concerned about them.

races have always been used a divisive issues which only historical knowledge can resolve...however it is not wise nor rational to project our fears into others if one is serious about making the world a better place and. Racism being above all the consequences of a lack of human rights.
