I have been reading for most of the day about land patent and how they change the law to make us pay our Property Tax
and that more than half of it goes to the Federal Reserve by the changes created by Roosevelt in Jun 5 1933 by way of HJR-192 where our tax dollar was going to those people (we know who they are) for DEBTS sinse 1913 and in the future "for ever".......... on my land patent they changed the law about taxes BUT NOT FOR DEBT so that my patent is still superior to the law of 1933......and besides that my land patent was passed by a resolution by congress and with the signature of the president........and....the land patent is FOR EVER, meaning that nothing can change that.

I am getting everything together in order to be able to tell the tax man to get FK and to please take me to court, very, very, very, few Americans knows that the property tax goes to those people and is not for the use of the community, I would love to open that can of worm and wach the tax man run away from them.

If anyone can help me out with anything that I don't know I would thank you for ever..... but .....I don't think that you know more than me ahahahahahahahaha......sorry.

Almost forgot, in 1982 they try to kick out the 1933 HJR-192 but because it also said "for ever" they were unable to do it.

Ponce if I get a land patent on my property, is it transferable when you sell it.

Yes, as long as the new owner adds his name after yours and re-register.......the land patent is good for you, your kids, or who ever you sell your land to..........you can even get a little bit more money because of this.....or......easier to sell the house.

That could be a huge benefit to selling. I like it.

I would suggest you be careful how you package/market that as the vast majority of people (like 99.9%) don't get property rights and will go 'tilt' on you when the subject is broached.

When you start talking property rights to a communist you should always start your story with 'Once upon a time'. The states (as currently administrated) own ALL property within the state and if you are there then include yourself on the list. How can property own property?

There is one court that still recognizes private property (aka common law) and that is the U.S. Federal Court of Claims.

Don't be going into any other state or federal court with a story that begins 'once upon a time' because no other court could possibly even pretend to know what you are talking about. They don't speak that language.

Sorry to say that not many knows that they already have a "Land Patent" and that all that they have to do is to renew it as I did........I have decided to STOP paying property taxes and let them take me to court.......however, as a land owner the have to follow procedure by taking me to a court of common law and a few more things.....I now have plenty of evidence that they have stolen from me and I can prove it......my main witness will be a now dead presidence that left behind a legacy of lies and theft that the American people are not even awared off.........one "simple" thing that you can do is to have the tax man change your tax paper from "domicile" to "private property" and that (should) will end your tax....you will have to fight for what you want or they will walk all over you.
