I don't have much to add here, just open to speculation about this odd circumstance. Crude is "the king of commodities", recently broke above $100/barrel again, meanwhile the rest of the commod complex, including metals needless to say, have been making multi-year lows. "Strong USD" usu = weak commods (crude?!) ???
