We American's aren't indigenous to this land called the United States of America either. But I think the vast majority of us would have a real problem with the United Nations carving out a sizable chunk of land and giving it to Russian Orthodox Catholics.

Really, the interesting thing is how all the secular (and/or non-sunni) regimes in the Middle East has fallen in the last decade or so. The big recent game changer recently has been how the Muslim brotherhood got kicked down in Egypt now. Most of these fundamentalist Sunni's are nothing but uneducated thugs, but it seems those in power in the west wants them to rule Middle East for now. I guess the purpose is to polarize, makes it easier to choose sides, when the war starts. No modern person would really like to side with these uneducated thugs. But really what is interesting is the people in the shadows putting them in power, they are the enemy of modern people. Sorry to see the polarizing extends to GSUS though.
