Looking at it from the point of view of a cop......he was holding a gun.....sorry about that......but.......they were to fast in firing their gun as they are BEING TOLD TO DO.......was there a water hose attached to water gun?

Well... not exactly. This happened long ago.... but recently there was a civil court /jury that gave the estae $6.5million. The cops were only accused of committing battery.

And he was not watering hisa own plants. Not even sure if there was a hose hooked up. He was visiting a friend.

Right, he was only sitting on the steps of the house and probably found the water gun next to him....remember that he was "drunk" and drunk people do silly things..........like pointing a water gun at cops.

There is no evidence that he even did that. It is just the word of the cops.... who were told by a nosey neighbor that a drunk guy had a gun.
