I believe that the way you learn depends on the way that you are thought... when my dad was my teacher I was an A+ but as soon as I came to the states my grades dropped like a bullet, I found school to be very boring. Can someone tell me what kind of degree is this........ master's student

A family in Alabama sent their six oldest home-schooled children to college by the age of 12, and are also planning to send the remaining four children, who are ten and under, to college early.

The Harding children insist they are not geniuses. Instead, they credit their achievements to home-schooling, as well as a concentrated focus on their passions, which their parents taught them to hone in on from an early age.

A mother who home-schools her ten children in Montgomery, Alabama, has opened up about how six of them began their college degrees by the age of 12.

Those of the Harding siblings who have already graduated from college have gone on to become a doctor, an architect, a spacecraft designer and a master's student. Another two - 12 and 14-years-old - are still finishing up their degrees.

But despite the Hardings' incredible achievements at such young ages, their parents - Mona Lisa and Kip - insist they are a family of 'average folks' who simply find and cultivate their children's passions early on.

It's impossible not to smile while watching these kids. Just look at em: They're so ridiculously happy. My God. Oh, and the young boy is studying Hebrew scripture. Yikes!

You got it Serpo, and that's why I learned more on my own by reading stuff that I knew that I would use in the future, while on my first tour with the army in Alaska I used to fall asleep in the orderly room going over the AM, TM, FM and other military books for what I knew was ahead.......and after that it was Tesla, De Vinci, Edison and other to open my mind to be a garage inventor......by the way, read about old old old inventions that you can change and use today... in the old is the new.

Evolution has it's place when it comes to other mammals and species on this planet. We can follow their lineage through the fossil record. However it does not appear to apply to humans. That "elusive" missing link in my belief does not exist. We were created, the other beast upon this world evolved.

This is it right here. Public education is designed to make worker bees that perform their delegated duties and don't question authority. Emphasis on team identity over personal identity. The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America is a great book on the subject.

It means while all the other students began their careers after finishing college, one of them went to graduate school for a higher (master's) degree.

School is poison, I did the best I good to not participate and block out the daily programming. Then when I was free I re-educated myself by nonstop reading. Thank God I did there are people I went to school with that just took it all in and they could not Un-fuck themselves now if they tried.

Agreed as Mark Twain said "I never let my schooling interfere with my education." It's extremely true. I read voraciously and came across GIM back in 2007. My wake up continues to this day. But I am completely disconnected from the indoctrination and can spot it a mile away now. I could never recognize it before, but now it's not even a challenge.

Farmers are the most professional occupation. They are all out standing in their fields. Doctors must be the least professional. Whenever I talk to them they say they are still practicing.
