in tai chi a kick to the groin is called rooster stands on one leg and then poow

where as the kick to the face when the guy was much lower is termed a side kick

no kick in tai chi is over waist height as this can result in kick to groin from attacker, not that she is doing tai chi but it does show that size and strength dont necessary matter but technique

another move in tai chi is called box ears.......sides of fist basically clobber ears.....it must hurt....

tai chi can look silly but if you can keep your balance doing a move very slowly then doing it fast is no problem

try standing on one leg with arms out a bit for balance, now the leg that isnt on the ground is free to swing into the area that Ponce mentioned.....hahaha...and you can do it with toes pointing out......its very fast and is a natural swing of the leg.


side kick with foot to shin is good as is stomping on high part of foot itself

I think it was real. Big dude turned around and was like, "what are you gonna do about it, little bitch" and she just laid his ass out with a couple feints, kicked him in the nuts, boxed an ear and kicked him straight in the nose.
