What did they expect anyways? We'll get you wasted and then grade your driving skills.
In all fairness they should get 3 people, 1 that drinks daily and 2 others that don't drink heavy and then get them drunk...

Is it even possible to smoke that much and then get behind the wheel? You'd be one with the couch with no desire to use any motor skills whatsoever.

Have them do it again using Sativa instead of Indica.

consumption levels vary widely.
there's a huge difference between taking one puff - and today's Vitamin 420 is strong enough that 'one puff is enough' - and smoking an entire joint (15 puffs ?) or sharing a joint with 2 other people (15 puffs/ 3 = 5 puffs per person.)
once i visited Marc Emery in Vancouver and one of his employees walked in with a joint of "Mango". i took 5 puffs, 4 past my limit.
i would not have been able to drive. i don't think people that ripped should get on the road. i could barely walk.
that is one of the problems with the way marijuana laws are applied. you can inhale secondary smoke at a party and the mass spec. is sensitive enough to measure it in your urine, for example. but if they do a mass spec of your hair, it may not be able to measure it.
the labs have the equipment, but the agencies that use them - especially law enforcement - mis-use the tools to punish people for ANY amount of THC.
if i had a business, i would be concerned about Quality.
here's one version of "Drug testing" - you ask potential employees, "you're not smoking any of that pressed-brick Mexican shit, are you ?"
however, if you are in business you have to plan for insurance. if one of your employees has a vehicle accident on duty, and any amount of THC in their system, the insurance company frowns on that (understatement). this forces employers to employ draconian measures.

I need a few puffs just to handle all the crazy shit drivers pull on the road these days.
I should write a book.
