I thought it was legal in Netherlands? Maybe its just less criminal there. or decriminal? don't know. Do know that for some reason pot is sold with coffee. Seems like you get stoned and drink coffee. So do you get all slow and stuperous from the pot and then drink coffee to get you peaking over that? How does that work? Would one cancel out the other?
