The gun seller pled guilty to the illegal transfer of a firearm to an out-of-state person, a felony, and was sentenced to one year and a day in prison.
Ok ... this is the form of sentencing used mainly by CANADA. And they said the PERP was living in CANADA so this 'crime' probably took place outside of the U.S. of A.

whatever it's called - didn't our 'elected representatives' take an oath to uphold, protect and honor - the Bill of Loopholes ?
