WW3, seriously? Is blatant lies like this credible insight to our future. America is so far China's ass economically, not to mention all the cross board industries we all share (think global), that any type of "cold war" scenario is ridiculous to even entertain as legit. China/America would be shooting themselves in the foot under this scenario. The era of WW is over. China gets a lot more for their military dollar than the US.

if they have a military culture with the quality orientation of the high-end electronics vendors (e.g. Asus, Gigabyte ... who might be in Taiwan), they get easily 3 times more for their military dollar than does the US. probably more. i say that based on my experience working for private sector microwave electronics companies, vs. military sector microwave electronics companies.

i think the Chinese are catching up the US fast, in military technology.

the bad rep. that the Chinese have (e.g. plastic residue in baby formula) is very related to pressure to be the low cost producer.

cut corners on material to make a wrench and you end up with a crappy wrench. that doesn't mean the Chinese are lacking in manufacturing engineering technology. to the contrary.

all the Chinese need is a culture to do it right in their military technology sector and they will soon catch up to the US in military technology.
