ALIQUIPPA (KDKA) – Police say a Beaver County woman may have thwarted a robbery, by running over a suspect with her car.
It happened in the 2100 block of McMinn Street in Aliquippa.
Aliquippa police say a witness saw Cameron White walking down a street carrying what appeared to be a sawed off shotgun.
She called police, but noticed that White was heading in the direction of a group of children.
Police say she feared White was going to shoot the children, so she ran over him with her car.
White was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.Police believe he was actually going to rob the Circle K mini-mart down the road and that she may have prevented the robbery.
They say White was carrying an airsoft pellet gun which had been sawed off to look like a shotgun, and the orange tip had been taken off.
The Beaver County District Attorney says they are not going to charge her with running White over.

Clearly selective enforcement in this case.

It could not be more clear that this woman committed ag assault with a deadly weapon, it would have been no different if she had pulled up next to him and shot him with her own gun.

lots of maybe's in this situation.
BUT it was a fairly random response. i.e., it was a case of individual violence, combined with warp good intentions.
that kind of violence, i'm not too concerned about. it happens - it is out of our control.

It was a black chick and she provided help for the white children. That is all.

The message is: guns in the hands of non-police are bad. Anyone having something looking like a gun must be bad.

So you're saying that in *selective* cases, so long as it serves the interests of THE COLLECTIVIST CORPORATE STATE, it's just fine and dandy for lowly civilians to 'take the law into their own hands' and arbitrary use deadly force against someone simply based upon an instantaneous observation and conclusion as a result of their *thinking* that someone *MIGHT* have 'evil intentions'?? ??? "See something...then go ahead and kill them...WE approve??" ??? WTF is wrong with you?? Did you forget to add "/sarc"??

I was serious. This woman is a hero and extremely brave.
What kind of adult person saws the end of an airsoft gun to make it look real, then marches towards a bunch of kids? I will answer this for you....only a complete lunatic does something like that. In fact, he was probably a kidnapper or pediphil. At the very least, a Darwin award candidate.
What would you have done? Ask the guy, "sir is that a real gun you are approaching those kids with?"
This lady saved the day.

Indeed, MORE people should pass judgment on others as to their intentions (well BEFORE they commit any crimes) and execute them on sight. You are SO right!!! WE NEED TO SEE MORE OF THIS TYPE OF VIGILANTE JUSTICE!!!!! (except of course if they're some insolent teenage wannabe thug wearing a hoodie and casing homes for burglaries, those innocent little angels should be left ALONE) It's for the greater good!!! Praise be to the mob!

moron, I'm so glad YOU no longer carry a gun for THE STATE

Gawd I love irony! I don't think you even know what common sense is. lolololololololol
I'm sure you don't get it - the *accused* (and I use that VERY loosely since the VICTIM of the ag assault w/ a deadly weapon had not committed ANY(!!!) crime nor can it be PROVEN that he was 'about' to commit ANY crime) *may* have been *guilty* of being just plain stupid for walking down the street of ultra-paranoid Amerika with what APPEARED to be a gun, it wasn't a 'crime' for doing so!
ETA: Do you REALLY believe that if she had opened fire with a gun* instead of running over someone with her car that she *thought* had 'evil intent' that the po-po would have simply given her a pass like they did when she used her car as a deadly weapon?? (*very same exact thing, i.e. ag assault w/ a deadly weapon)
If people start going around executing others for what they *think* they *may* be 'intending' to do, then we've lost ALL civility.
"Civility is easily lost and difficult to gain." --unknown
Day-um! GET A FUCKING CLUE! (which leads me to ask the question: does any MD or shrink have you on any meds??)

Ok midnight, lets talk common sense. I challenge you to give me one justifiable reason why an adult man would modify a toy gun, to make it look like a real gun, then approach a bunch of kids with it.
What was he going to say and do? Hi kids, do you know where I can buy ammo?
Hi kids, look at my neat toy, want to play guns?
Give me one common sense reason.

It does NOT matter! Up to the point that she ran over him with her car he apparently had committed NO crime which justified the use of lethal force!!! THAT is common sense!!!
UNLESS someone is actually in the commission of a serious crime (such as some felony, NOT a misdemeanor) NO ONE is authorized to use deadly force, INCLUDING FUCKING DONUT MUNCHERS!!
Are you REALLY that clueless??

Yes he DID commit actions that justified deadly force. Ever heard of suicide by cop? Same thing. You don't have to wait for a dead body to justify lethal force.
When the guy was first seen walking down the street with the gun, not leathal force. As soon as he sarted approaching kids....oh shit, exigent circumstances requiring action to stop the maniac.

From the original linked article, NOT found in the OP:
“She thought he was going to do something to them, so she yelled out of her car window, ‘Hey, they’re just kids, leave them alone,’” said Detective Sgt. Steven Roberts, of the Aliquippa Police Department. “He turned and pointed this at her, and she thought it was a real weapon and that she was about to be shot or that the kids were in danger, so she gunned her car and struck him.”
You failed to mention this in any of your lame arguments. I was relying strictly on the info in the OP. The woman was in fact justified in using lethal force since he pointed 'what reasonably appeared to be a gun' at her. This woman REASONABLY believed she was being assaulted. If she had pulled her own gun and shot him dead it would have been a completely justified shooting under the circumstances. However based upon the very sketchy info in the OP I stand by all of my posts. It is the epitome of asinine to think that ANYONE can use lethal force on another based entirely upon faulty, incomplete observation(s) and 'thinking' (which can naturally be colored by one's mindset/preconceived notions/jewsmedia programming).

Good find midnight. I was basing my opinion on the info in the op as well. I too stand behind my posts. Too many sheep wait until they are victims of the predator before taking action to defend themselves, and others. It is the agenda. Weak and scared they want us.
