Tulving Co: Another Complaint
Bill,
I read Roger’s warning about Tulving Co. posted in your daily update.
I am a board member/director for a company that made a sizeable purchase from Tulving on June 25, 2013.
We ordered six Monster Boxes and 150 ounces of Perth Mint Gold Bars.
Before we placed the order we asked about the availability and quantity of product Tulving had on hand.
The salesperson checked and said, "We have plenty of Monster Boxes and plenty of Perth Mint gold bars".
Well, it’s been over 50 days since Tulving received our Wire Transfer and we still have not received our complete order. Last week Tulving finally sent the six Monster Boxes of silver and 50 of the 150 ounces of gold he owes us. Today we received notice of shipment for the next 50 ounces. 50 to go.
It took filing complaints with the CA State Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Office and the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau to get Tulving to ship us our metal. I intend file charges of Criminal Fraud with the Los Angeles PD and/or the FBI next week if he fails to ship the rest of our stuff.
Hannes Tulving (owner) has been deceptive, untruthful with me and has failed to fulfill his contractual obligation to deliver product in a timely manner. His staff lied and misrepresented the quantity of product Tulving had on hand. Moreover, Tulving’s staff will not/cannot provide any meaningful info to customers calling about the status of their orders because Tulving does not keep them in the loop on Order Processing/Shipments. And to make matter worse, Hannes Tulving refuses to talk to his customers calling about their Order Status. In short, he runs a totally F***** up operation.
I will never deal with Tulving Co again and would advise LeMet subscribers to steer clear of Tulving Co and Hannes Tulving.

June 25 ? so he got a good price.

i don't think this is as much a condemnation of Tulving as it is a reflection of "supply issues", AKA physical shortage.

it's real !

tulving said it was on the shelf, and his website lists these items as available,

yes product is scarce, but tulving deceived the customer, and lost a lot of future sales from that,

Could be their inventory does not correlate with current sales. Not enough in stock to cover what was already purchased by others when they looked it up. Sounds unorganized and as a bigger company that isn't acceptable, this isn't the '70s anymore.

And the answer from Tulving is....."Will return your money in full, thank you".....in other words, they sold that silver to someone else for the current price....sent a refund to the buyer.....and keep a hansome profit.........of course if the price had gone down they would had shipped it right away.

For them to claim it is in stock inplies immediate shipment. Once they take the money, they agreed to the contract. Suit for specific performance will force them to comply and not return payment. In a case like this where prices go up, there is investment loss- both material and time.

Sounds like Tulving is a scheister.

These effers love to play the shell game like the fat cats on wall street but they actually believe they have the same protections.

People like these end up in dumpsters with no means of being positively identified.

"Re: Midas today posts another (ex) Tulving customer

agreed I've purchased 61,000 oz of silver since 2003 ( junk and monster boxes )from Hannes Tulving and Monex (Peter Timp- Monex good service too )

.....no problems......

The key is I'm 6'2" 245 lbs. pissed off Estonian and I used to live in Newport Beach....so I could "visit" the office if needed

The postman used to ask me if the shipments were Saddam's loot....too funny!

I moved and all the silver was lost in a boating accident/divorce....
