it really is unacceptable, that lack of service, and speed/reliability, you think your package is coming on the pony express, the way tulving does business.

Funny, 9 years ago I placed large orders with Tulving & "Developing: Northwest Territorial Mint NIGHTMARE (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?68878-Shit-blew-up-for-Silver-Shield-Chris-Duane-Not-looking-good-for-investors&p=627839&viewfull=1#post627839)" on the same day.

Tulving took the phone order from me personally, I wired funds to him the same day, and had my PM in hand the very next day. Stellar performance.

NWTM, OTOH, didn't complete delivery of my order until around 3 months later.... 3 months of pulling teeth with trying to get owner Ross Hansen on the phone as he'd methodically avoid taking my calls, & breaking all call-back promises, leaving his receptionist to take all the heat, while Hansen 'played the float' with my $. >:(

i think basically hannes is an all-right guy, but he doesn't like customer hand-holding.


BUT obviously he knows HTML. why don't they just put up a sign that says "expect delayed delivery April 12 2013 until present, related to fall in Gold & Silver prices & huge increase in demand for physical."

better yet, they could provide rough sales numbers. they are a higher volume dealer. i would love to hear about how many monster boxes they're selling. probably 1 million ounces a month.

i would like to see how the April May June July price action affected their sales volume.

I've actually been pretty happy so far with NWTM. I've placed 4 orders with them and each one arrives after 4 months. It's all spelled out in the purchase policy how long it can/will take. They give themselves options to delay and they always take them. It was nerve wracking the first time, but after that I knew the game and didn't worry about it. I'm in it for the long haul and I don't need next day delivery.

There have been so many gold companies that go out of business these days. Its so important to do you research and check out the best bullion dealers before making a purchase. So far I've had some good experiences with a few companies. Been adding to my growing stash little by little.
