Syria is about the last gasp for the Petro-Dollar, the emergence of energy pipeline geopolitics, the rise of the NatGas Coop, the new dominance of Russian Gazprom, the eclipse of OPEC, the fall of the house of Saud, and a grand adjustment process in global commerce and banking. Refer to trade settlement outside the USDollar and diversification away from USTreasury Bond reserves management. It took some time to realize it, but the Cyprus bank incident was a misdirected attack against Gazprom. It failed. The entire Arab Spring movement, an ambitious disruptive project waged with foolhardy ambitions, has turned on itself. Egypt fell, its US puppet discharged. The entire North African region will be in flames soon. The USGovt interfered with a grand industrialization project for European industry, to be placed on North Africa intended to take advantage of cheaper labor, available minerals, nearby resources, and easy shipping. The resentment of Europe will show up in the future. The Middle East and Persian Gulf region is shifting its salute to Russia & China, as the noisy sectarian battles have been a common fixture since long ago. Bahrain has erupted. Saudi is clamping down and converting into an Islamic police state to create the Iran-Saudi repressive bobsey twins. Chaos is the longstanding objective of the USGovt in foreign policy infection, no change in decades.

Syria is about a lot of things, most of which are volatile, many unsolvable. To be sure, the naval port of Tartus is valuable for the Russian Military, always eager to wrest a seaport. Like Lebanon, Syria is a hotbed stronghold for HezBollah, never to be taken lightly. They are mortal enemies to Israel, whose nations have exchanged covert violence for years. Syria might have tight relations with the Shiites of Iran, even some in Iraq. However, Syria represents the crossroads of many important shifting geopolitical roadways that pertain to the global financial structure and commercial systems. Syria is the tipping point for a Grand Global Paradigm Shift. It is the last stand for the Anglo Banker world. Syria will not go easily into the Russian camp, into the Gazprom fold, into the European energy market sphere. For if it does, the entire USDollar system of commerce and the USTreasury Bond system of reserves management will fall by the wayside and open a new era with Eastern dominance. But the Western powers cannot stop it. Clouds of whatever type do not halt pipeline flow, nor pipeline geopolitics.

WHAT SYRIA MEANS
Syria stands at the door to the emergence of the Eastern Alliance, the new dominant energy pipelines, a new payment system detached from the USDollar and Anglo banks. Syria stands at the door which controls some incremental European energy supply. Syria stands at the door to Gold Trade Settlement, with a transition step that brings more importance to commodity backed currencies and proper valid systems for trade. Syria means the pipelines strangle the USDollar. Syria means the end of the US system of IOU coupons that pollute the global banking system. Syria means the status quo is coming to an abrupt end. Syria represents a clash of East versus West, which has more commercial and bank significance than anything reported by the lapdog press. Notice the direct line from Iran through Iraq to Syria. The natgas of Iran reaches the Mediterranean Sea through Syria.

http://67.19.64.18/news/GoldenJackass/2013/8-30gj.jpg RISE OF PIPELINE POLITICS
Syria is the end port for what the Jackass calls the Shiite Gas Pipeline. It begins in Iran and ends at the Mediterranean seaport in Syria. It was designed to terminate at a Shiite friendly nation. Thus my informal name. Ironically, Qatar is fighting against the Syrian Assad loyalists, but the Qatari natural gas will be directed into the same pipeline. In the last year, a giant Persian Gulf gas discovery was made in a joint Iran-Qatar project. Syria is about the last gasp for the Petro-Dollar. It represents a climax in Energy Pipeline Politics. Quietly for the last 15 to 20 years, Russia has been building crude oil pipelines and natural gas pipelines from the Mother Russian lands to points in Europe and China and the Former Soviet Republics. They have been constructing modern LNG gas port facilities. They have been forging contracts to supply energy to countless nations. The US-led plans have been more interference than constructive. They have consistently attempted to obstruct, rather than to build with some justification of common benefit.

The US news networks cannot tell why or how Syria is important relative to the USDollar. Most Americans cannot define money, let alone conceive of a Petro-Dollar defacto standard. They do not comprehend the global banking system having practices as an extension of Saudi crude oil sales in USDollars. They remember nothing of the Kissinger Arab Oil Surplus Recycle Pact into USTreasury Bonds and US big bank stocks. The focus should be on Pipelines and the closely related geopolitics. The focus should be on the eclipse of OPEC. The focus should be on the loss of Western Europe to the Russian fold, where natural gas supply will alter decisions. Notice the UK Parliament did not offer military support for the USGovt in Syria. They might have received a phone call from either Putin at the Kremlin or the CEO of Gazprom. Coming to a world near you is the NatGas Coop led by Gazprom. A regular feature in geopolitical decisions will be the integration of natgas supply to Europe and Great Britain.

ECLIPSE OF OPEC
Clearly heading out is OPEC and its influence. The dirty secret for ten years has been the depletion and decline in Saudi oil reserves. The water cut has surpassed 80% on a regular basis at Saudi oilfields. It is the percentage of water in produced "oil" wells. The interior pressures are dissipated. The Saudis are suffering from lost oil surplus, rising government debt, higher domestic energy costs, higher food costs, internal strife, fascist islamic rule, rising political prisoner population, and geriatrics at the throne. It sure would be good to know how King Abdullah returned from a coma after a few months, where his organs were declared defunct. Maybe like Saddam Hussein, he has some handy doubles. The OPEC nations in the last several years have become a loud disorganized gaggle of devious dealers who discount prices and lie on output on a regular basis. The cartel has no unity anymore. Their honorable Saudi core is disintegrating. The Saudi OPEC core is precisely the foundation to the Petro-Dollar and the justification for global banking systems being based in USTreasury Bonds. Coming online is the NatGas Coop. Coming online is gold trade settlement. Coming online is the BRICS Bank. Coming into prominent view is Gazprom, the leader of the NatGas Coop. It has some powerful strange bedfellows who deal in one currency, natural gas.

CYPRUS INDIRECT ATTACK
The news networks told of Cyprus being the site of bank crisis, account confiscations, the bail-in procedures creating a Western model, and resolutions. It took a while to realize, but the Jackass back in the March Hat Trick Letter noted the Gazprom angle and potential motive. The Jackass mapped out a Prima Facie case for motive on the Cyprus bank attack. It was a challenge to Gazprom and the Russian banking system, more than a Bail-in Model. It was an attempt to cut off the Russian encroachment into Europe with their Gazprom weapon, the most disruptive economic weapon seen in decades.

Cyprus used to serve as the primary window for the entire Russian banking system, and the central bank too. All bank transactions from Russia went through Cyprus. The conclusion could be that the Bail-in procedure is a suicide pact for the West. It is a declaration that if accounting rules are to be enforced, and capital requirements enforced, then the big Western banks would slit their throats and force the vanish of private bank accounts. Ditto if the legal prosecution of big bank were to begin in earnest. They cannot pull that switch unless major banks are all dead gone, from grotesque contagion. Since Lehman failed, all the big Western banks are lashed together, much like sailors at sea on deck during a nasty storm. If one goes, all go. The banker elite needed to disguise their attack of Gazprom in Cyprus. They wanted to interrupt the progress made by Russia in Pipeline Politics. The public bought the false story, again, like they always do. They do not think beyond the first visible layer.

FAILED USGOVT POLICY
The USGovt lost on disruptions to Iran internet and undersea communication lines between 2004 and 2007. To be sure, the planned Iranian island center for trade processing never occurred, a success of sorts. The USGovt lost on Iranian sanctions. The rise of Turkey, India, and Chinese deals with unique payment systems have come to the table. Even the Japanese and South Koreans refused to play along. The entire workaround process served as a training ground for gold trade settlement. It will have a certain blossom, with the full weight of the BRICS nations behind the current initiatives. The US lost on Iran-Pakistan Pipeline, since China stepped forward, guaranteed funding for its completion, and even worked to extend the connected pipelines to the Western border of China for supply. The USGovt lost with its puppet named Mohammed Morsi, who was ousted in Egypt. The unspoken cause was food price inflation, not political discord as reported by the US news network minions. The USGovt won the Qaddafi's gold (144 tons) but with a grand backfire on the Libyan Embassy controversy. The Pentagon does not appreciate the sacrifice of Navy SEALS to deceit and hidden motives. The biggest failure by the USGovt could be the monetary policy at work by the US Federal Reserve. The QE bond purchase program has produced massive broad price inflation globally, in addition to rising energy costs, rising material costs, and rising related follow-on costs. It is difficult to find any USGovt or USFed policy of value, other than to serve the bank syndicate.

NATGAS COOP
The key to the future is seen on the margin of new power. It is the Natural Gas Coop. To date, it has no name. Curiously, its power might lie in the fact that it has no name, no central nexus. It is a de-centralized cooperative. But more accurately, it has a Russian core, a brain trust at Gazprom. It has a certain Kremlin command center, since a newfound strategic weapon. It is their greatest global weapon in decades. The strange bedfellows consist of Russia (home HQ of Gazprom), Turkmenistan (#2 natgas global producer), Iran (giant renegade producer), Qatar (biggest LNG star), and Israel (from Tamar Platform). The presence of Sunni Qatar from the Persian Gulf and US Fascist Ally Israel make for the odd mix. In June, the Israel Govt signed a deal with Russian Gazprom. It called for directing all surplus natgas output from Tamar to the Gazprom pipeline system, and the European market. The Israeli Economy will greatly benefit from the surplus revenue.

Game over for OPEC and a guaranteed demise of the Petro-Dollar. Simply stated, Saudi Arabia is to OPEC, what Russia is to NatGas Coop. The phase out of OPEC is in progress, without much recognition. The emergence of the NatGas Coop is to be better understood in the near future. A tremendously important shift is taking place in energy geopolitics. The consequences will be rapid diversification out of the USTreasury Bond, colossal Indirect Exchange in asset deals, and broad abandonment (aka dumping). In the process, almost no buyers of USGovt debt will be visible, and the USFed will be leaned upon more fully for bond purchases. The Weimar machinery will strain to the limit. The USGovt debt default will occur, as the event has become more visible, a 2008 Hat Trick Letter forecast.

DEMISE OF PETRO-DOLLAR
Not 5% of Americans comprehend the defacto Petro-Dollar standard. They will when the Saudis must step aside and permit OPEC to be eclipsed by the NatGas Coop with its expansive global network of pipelines. The great USDollar devaluation will occur when the Petro-Dollar falls by the wayside. The result will be profound price inflation in the USEconomy. The fall of the Saudi regime is guaranteed eventually, and likely soon. The Saudis cannot play both sides (US & Russia) successfully. They will fail with both partners. The NatGas Pipelines are critical, as they wield enormous economic leverage and power. Together, the NatGas Coop phases out OPEC and assures the end of the USDollar as it is currently known and structured. Watch the Saudis soon indicate that non-USDollar payments are accepted for crude oil sales, like accepting GBPounds, Euros, Japanese Yen, even Swiss Francs. Watch the Saudis closely for various signals of impending doom, death signals. As energy sales move gradually, then rapidly, away from the USD settlement, the world will go through a transformation. The banking system will change in their foundations, one nation at a time, with diversification away from USTBonds. It is Game Over!!

Syria is the last line of defense for the USDollar and the exalted position of OPEC. Syria is the potential recognized debut of the NatGas Coop in significance. It is all hidden, except to the Hat Trick Letter. In the new era emerging, Gold will prevail as the Gold Trade Standard is put in place. It will not be done with a stake in the ground from the banking system of the FOREX currency trading arenas. Therefore it is so dangerous to the status quo. My full expectation is that the USGovt will back off in Syria. The retreat will not be seen as a magnanimous gesture, but rather more like a bully backing down. Revelations will be very damaging on chemical weapons and the roles played. Roots to Saddam Hussein will be reviewed. Iran already has tens of thousands killed by chemical weapons over 20 years ago in a war waged with Iraq, with a hand from the Bushes. The United States leadership is in for some cold water in the face. The United States is due for some extreme isolation. The NatGas Coop will change the global map. It will open the door to the Eurasian Trade Zone for commerce, and open the door to the Gold Trade Settlement for finance. Some quantum leaps are in store and soon. Gold will emerge with a new Gold Trade Standard, whose price will shock most observers. Think multiples higher. Syria is a seminal event for gold.

From V, SteveQuayle.com (http://www.stevequayle.com/index.php?s=598&d=17):

If one remembers in the late 90′s the ruling party in Afghanistan was the Taliban. They have rested most of the control of the nation from their Northern Alliance adversaries and were enjoying favor from Washington. Then it was discovered that this mountainous grave yard of empires can serve a purpose in running a gas as well as an oil pipeline dubbed the famous Caspian Pipeline. Ring a bell?
The objective of the pipeline was to run a natural gas pipeline from Turkmenistan through Azerbaijan, through Georgia and into to Turkey onto the destined Euro-Mediterranean markets. All the while bypassing Russia and allowing at that time the European Economic Community to be free of Russian Natural Gas and Gazprom.
In Early 2000 there was a meeting between leaders of the Taliban and Assistant Secretary of State, Political Crony and Known Leaker of the Valerie Plame CIA agent scandel, Richard Armitage. Armitage gave them an offer that they could not refuse. Run a secondary pipeline through Afghanistan as well and into Pakistan, out to the Arabian Sea. All facilitated by Unocal and their now famous or infamous, depends how you look at it employee Hamid Karzai. Unfortunately for the Taliban they refused. Armitage it was reported stated to the visiting Taliban delegation, “You can take the offer either with a carpet of Gold or a Carpet of Bombs.”
Fast Forward one year and Afghanistan is invaded, the Taliban overthrown and Unocal employee Hamid Karzai is put in power as president. The shocking thing is this, If one takes the time to look at the Afghanistan map, large US military bases are on the very path of the purposed pipeline. This as well that some of the proceeds from the lucrative opium trade will find it’s way back to US banks which will launder the money in order to help fund Unocal in the purposed pipe building project. Win Win.
So what does this have to do with Syria. Syria is the final chess piece of a move to cut Russia’s lucrative lock in Natural Gas and Oil that it supplies to Europe. If this connection is cut in any way it will bring severe consequences to the Russian economy as well as Russia’s natural gas company Gazprom. This is a move that the US stands to gain from.
The trouble for Syria began with two things. First the discovery of natural gas in the Mediterranean right off the coast of Syria, Lebanon and Israel. Read that list again, especially LEBANON and SYRIA, is the picture becoming clearer? This discovery took place about a decade ago, the thing is though there already exists within the middle east a Liquid Natural Gas Producing power house. That my friends is the tiny nation of Qatar.
Now here is where you need to put your thinking caps on. Qatar is floating in LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) It has over 77 Billion Tonnes in Reserve and that is with a moratorium in place. The problem is that Qatar would love to sell it’s LNG to the EU and the hot Mediterranean markets. The problem for Qatar in achieving this is their regional big brother Saudi Arabia. The Saudis have already said “NO” to an overland pipe cutting across the Land of Saud. So what is the oil rich micro mite to do? Simple cut a deal with the biggest bully in the neighborhood, you guessed it, the US.
As recently as May of this year deals have been put in place by Exxon Mobile and Qatar Petroleum International, a $10 Billion deal that allows Exxon Mobile to sell natural gas through a port in Texas to the UK and Mediterranean markets.. So little Qatar is anxious, power hungry and dangerous, the only thing standing in the way of their aspirations is Syria.
The US plays into this in that it has vast wells of natural gas, in fact the largest known supply in the world. There is a reason why Natural Gas prices have been suppressed for so long in the US. This is to set the stage for US involvement in the Natural Gas market in Europe while smashing the monopoly that the Russians have enjoyed for so long.
Enter Nabucco signed by a handful of European nations and Turkey back in 2009 it was an agreement to run a natural gas pipeline across Turkey into Austria bypassing Russia again with Qatar in the mix as a supplier to a feeder pipeline via the proposed Arab pipeline from Libya to Egypt to Nabucco (is the picture getting clearer?). The problem with all of this is that a Russian backed Syria stands in the way.
Is it not interesting that the main cities of turmoil and conflict in Syria right now, the ones so spoken of in the news are Damascus, Homs, and Aleppo. Coincidentally folks those happen to be the same cities that the proposed gas pipelines happen to run through. Qatar is the biggest financier of the Syrian uprising having spent over $3 billion so far in conflict. The other side of the story is that Saudi Arabia also financiers anti-Assad groups in Syria. You see the Saudis do not want to be marginalized by their ambitious little brother, thus they too want to topple Assad and implant their own puppet government, one that would sign off on a pipeline deal and charge Qatar for running their pipes through to Nabucco.
Hence this is the reason why you have two somewhat opposing factions in Syria. On one side you have the Qatari backed Muslim Brotherhood and it’s subsidiaries who have very close ties with the Emir of Qatar. On the other side you have the Saudi backed Wahhabi AL-Queda and it’s subsidiaries. Hence you have various levels of atrocities from the cannibalism of the Wahabis to the Christian slaughter of the “Brotherhood”. These all have Qatari and Saudi fingerprints all over them.
In the background of this den of Jackals is the chief Hyena the US ready to spread Love and Democracy not by war but “Kinetic Action”. You see as the economy in the US crumbles, Pax Americana is in it’s final death rattles, it desires to see it’s age old rival Russia knocked off it’s energy pedestal in the highly lucrative Euro market. It also is anxious to get a piece of the Natural Gas Pie. Folks you have to understand that Qatar and Saudi Arabia are proxy puppet states to the Anglo-American powers. The US will stand to gain immensely no matter which faction topples Assad. In fact deals have been cut since 2009. Again the problem is Russia stands in the way.
The recent Cyprus bail in was not something that was just a simple bank failures, which was inevitable but it was primarily designed to go after the wealth of the Russian Oligarchs who coincidentally have strong ties with the Russian energy sector. Lucky for them they were warned in advanced by a Cypriot banker and they were able to liquidate before they lost everything. This has not gone unnoticed by Putin. Why do you think that immediately after the Cyprus fiasco Russian warships docked there the following week? This was Putin sending a very strong message to the Western Banksters that Russian interests will not be messed with.

Russia is now forced to draw the line, a very hard line in the sand. Syria is much more than losing a strategic port in the Natural Gas rich middle east. It is about losing the entire European region to Middle Eastern and Caspian Energy interests. Russia cannot allow that, this is why they are moving their military assets in place. This is also why resource hungry China cannot have it’s natural gas flow interrupted as well and have sided with the Russians when it comes to Syria.
Folks this is the real reason for Benghazi it is much more than giving arms to Al-Queda, and theories about shooting down Western Airliners. It about arming a large rag tag mercenary army that will help engage the Russians on the ground when the time comes. That is what Benghazi is all about- it is another Bear trap just like Afghanistan was for the Russians. Facing Guerrilla tactics in the desert by religious zealots is a situation that Russia is trying to avoid. So the answer to ending all of these problems for Russia is to engage the Americans directly. We are leaving them no choice. This is the reason for Benghazi.
Why Syria? It is THE way to break Russia.

The Chessboard of World War III August 30, 2013 -

http://thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2013/08/syria-war.jpg (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/30/the-chessboard-of-world-war-iii/syria-war/)If war breaks out in Syria the best possible outcome will be the fall of the Assad regime, approximately 2,000,000 innocent people will perish and the world will witness the installation of the Muslim Brotherhood as the new leaders in Syria. If this is all that happens as a result of Obama’s anticipated reckless actions, we should consider ourselves lucky.
The worst-case scenario includes the entry of Israel, Russia, China and possibly India into the fight. Please note that all three of the four nations have abandoned the petrodollar in favor of a gold for oil scheme, and this fact will prove to be a prime motivator leading to the expansion of the Syrian war.
This article not only details the pattern of the likely fall of Syria, but this article primarily centers on each country’s role in the coming war should the conflict expand beyond the Syrian borders.
Assad Is a Despot but It Is Not Our Business http://thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2013/08/syrian-rebels.png (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/30/the-chessboard-of-world-war-iii/syrian-rebels-2/)By anyone’s standards, Assad is a despicable dictator, the type of dictator that blends in well with the scenery of the Middle East. However, the Syrian rebels are worse and if Obama gets his way, they and their backers, Al Qaeda, will soon overthrow Assad and will create a controversial and a fanatically anti-American regime. If Obama gets his way, the Syrian rebels will continue to massacre (http://www.aina.org/news/20130529024056.htm) entire Christian villages and they will continue to release chemical weapons against innocent Syrian people because these are the type of actions consistent with the Muslim brotherhood.
Family Ties
http://thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2013/08/malik-obama2.jpg (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/30/the-chessboard-of-world-war-iii/malik-obama-3/)Malik Obama of the Muslim Brotherhood.

It is difficult for most Americans to fathom that an American president would actually seek to install the Muslim brotherhood as a puppet government on behalf of the bankers that control our government. However, that is exactly what we see in Libya and Egypt. And that is precisely what the Obama’s game plan consists of with regard to Syria and ultimately Iran. And if the facts are fully known, nobody should be surprised because Barack Obama‘s Kenyan half-brother, Malik Obama (http://www.wnd.com/2013/08/now-egypt-looks-to-expose-obama/), manages investments for the Muslim Brotherhood. That is correct, Obama has direct family ties to one of the two major terrorist organizations on the planet and one that has openly declared a jihad war on the West. This same rogue organization is presently murdering (http://dailycaller.com/2013/08/21/white-house-spokesman-jokes-about-islamic-attacks-on-christian-churches-in-egypt/) scores of Christians while the White House laughs (http://dailycaller.com/2013/08/21/white-house-spokesman-jokes-about-islamic-attacks-on-christian-churches-in-egypt/) about these attacks. There is no question that Obama is supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood and his goal includes the destabilization of the Middle East.

What If War Does Break Out? http://thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2013/08/www3a.jpg (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/30/the-chessboard-of-world-war-iii/www3a/)Based upon my insider contacts, I have constructed some possible spinoff events which could follow the aftermath of Obama’s launching a decisive military strike against Syria. This analysis is meant to demonstrate the danger and the volatility of the present situation. The players who will decide the outcome of the Syrian war, which could culminate with the outbreak of WWIII, are United States, Russia, China, Israeland possibly India as well as Syria and Iran.
United States Options The United States game plan for Syria appears to be the same strategy as the CIA followed in Libya. The initial US strategy in Libya consisted of launching crippling airstrikes against the Libyan military. The secondary part of this strategy consisted of the CIA arming Al Qaeda backed rebels to launch a ground assault centered on finding and neutralizing the leader of the country.
An airstrike will sufficiently negate the mobility of the Syrian military forces as it did in Libya. This lack of mobility will leave Assad and the city of Damascus extremely vulnerable. As in Libya, Al Qaeda will eventually capture and likely kill Assad just like they did Qaddafi in Libya.
It is no secret that taking Syria, in a relatively short amount of time, is key to blocking a Russian land military intervention because the US would have time to set up its short and medium range missile batteries. The Russians can move as many ships into the Mediterranean that they want, but once these missile batteries are in place, combined with air cover, it is game over for Russia with regard to Syria.
Obama is surely reasoning that if this strategy worked in Libya and it worked in Syria, this strategy would surely work with Iran. After Syria falls, the same strategy will be put into place in Iran only the excuse for attacking Iran will be because of their suspected possession of weapons of mass destruction (i.e. nuclear weapons) in a repeat of what George W. Bush did in Iraq.
Once Iran falls, the Federal Reserve will be successful in preserving the petrodollar from which the rest of the world must first purchase dollars before they can buy precious oil.
The fallback position for the United States would consist of the nuclear option. Do I think that the real leadership in this country will hesitate to use the nuclear option as the strategy of last resort? Absolutely not! With their families safely tucked away in some underground hideout, such as in the bowels of Denver international Airport, these monsters will do whatever it takes to preserve their precious petrodollar.
However, countries not terribly friendly to the global central banking system, also have options.
Syrian Options http://thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2013/08/assad.jpg (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/30/the-chessboard-of-world-war-iii/assad/)Assad has few options.

Assad has very few options at his disposal should the United States decide to attack. Reportedly, Assad has positioned nearly 700 SCUD missile batteries pointed at Israel. The clear reason for this option is to play the blackmail card should the US go ahead and attack Syria. Look for a US first strike to take out as many of the SCUD missiles as possible. Therefore, along with attacking the Syrian command-and-control surveillance apparatus, the simultaneous objective will be to take out SCUD missiles for obvious reasons. However, an American first strike will not get all of the SCUD missiles and the Israelis know it. Historically, when Israel feels the slightest amount of threat, they typically do not hesitate to retaliate or worse yet, proactively attack their enemies with crushing force.
Israeli Options Israel has very limited options but their prime and immediate goal is the eradication of both the Syrian and Iranian threat to their country. Israel has never been much in favor of absorbing a first strike before responding. Therefore, the United States may not get to commence the hostilities in Syria, Israel may do it for them if they feel their national security is at risk from the 700 SCUD missiles. What I’m saying here, is that Obama may not have the last word on who launches the first strike. Israel will only go along with the American strategy so long as it’s in their best interest. And with the world waffling in their support of Obama’s impending attack upon Syria, Israel may feel compelled to start the conflict on their own because time is not on their side if the Russians are allowed to consolidate their forces in the Middle East.
Of course, what the United States would like Israel to do is to stay on the sidelines and not offer any military assistance until it is absolutely needed. Suffice it to say, Israel does not trust Obama. While all eyes are on Obama, the world should watching and talking to Israel. Israel is more likely to start this conflict than is Obama.
British Options Even Britain, who has backed, or co-masterminded every US imperialistic war is saying no to war in the Middle East. Discretion is the better part of valor for the British. The British Parliament looked into the jungle and saw the eye of the tiger staring back and have subsequently run for cover. Britain does not have the stomach for this type of war. However, please realize that the British Parliament is not the British Crown, or the City of London, and make no mistake about it, the British Crown very badly wants this war in the name and the furtherance of central banking goals. Therefore, I am not certain that the recent capitulation by Parliament is the British final word on the subject.
One thing is for sure in that the British Parliament is keenly aware that its enemies can put muscle behind the collective defiance to the petrodollar system, China brags that it can place 100 million men on the battlefield. Russia maintains over 1300 nuclear missiles and India joined the nuclear weapons fraternity a long time ago and the Indians can put a sizable force on the battlefield as well.
As you read these words, you may be wondering if the conflict would escalate into a nuclear confrontation. I have a hard time imagining a situation in which the losing side would not resort to the use of tactical nuclear weapons as a best case scenario. Ask yourself, if your country was faced with economic and military obliteration at the prospect of losing World War III, what would the losing side gain by keeping their nuclear missiles sitting quietly in their respective silos and submarines?
As an aside, it is interesting to note that the British were able to vote themselves out of the war. What does it say about how far has our republic democracy fallen when Congress no longer possess the same power as the Parliament? This makes referring to Obama as a dictator an accurate descriptor.
Chinese Options http://thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2013/08/hu.jpg (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/30/the-chessboard-of-world-war-iii/hu-4/)How serious are the Chinese and Russians at standing up to the imperialistic United States? Considering that both Chinese President Hu and Major General Zhang Zhaozhong (http://www.eutimes.net/2011/12/chinese-general-threatens-us-with-world-war-3-over-iran/) have threatened the United States with nuclear war if they invade either Iran or Syria, I would say that they are very serious. The prudent opinion says that this is the newest version of the “Axis of Evil’s” line in the sand.
China, India and Russia have pinned their economic futures on the fact that they are divorcing themselves from the debt-ridden dollar and are charting a new economic course with gold as the baseline. They are not going to back down.
On the surface, China does not appear to have a great amount of options in the Middle East should the US attack Syria as a necessary prelude to going into Iran. However, China may retaliate in other theaters of action. If Obama attacks Syria, I believe it is a given that China will make a move on Taiwan.
I would also look for China to attack the southern underbelly of the United States. For those who lack detailed geopolitical awareness, this would seem like an outrageous statement. However, it is common knowledge that the Chinese are in control of the Panama Canal. These forces would form the main body of a Chinese invasion force going North. China would move through Central America like a hot knife through butter. And it is also likely that the point of the attack will come out of the Sierra Madre’s in Mexico. My good friend, the late ex-CIA operative Bill Pawelec, told me many times that it was common knowledge in certain circles of the intelligence community that the Chinese have a sizable force in the area and that the point of any attack would come from this region. Pawelec also told me that Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Southern California would be overrun in less than a week. Unfortunately, some of my unnamed sources today are confirming what Pawelec told me over 15 years ago. The only thing that could stop a Chinese invasion into the American Southwest would be the use of nuclear weapons. And if I were to add my own bit of speculation to this scenario, I would bet that the recent Chinese and Russian joint military maneuvers have incorporated the strategy of tying up American military resources by forcing America to defend its own borders. And the more that America can be forced to defend itself at home, the fewer amount of resources it can commit to the fight in the Middle East.
The strategy available to the Chinese reminds me of why the United States invaded Italy in WWII. Stalin was screaming for the US to open up a second front to relieve pressure from the invading German armies. The US was not ready to invade France, so a compromise solution, the Italian campaign, was acted upon. This I believe will be China’s role in the coming conflict.
India’s Options The Indians possess nuclear weapons and a large army. If sufficiently motivated a combined Indian and Chinese effort could neutralize American forces in Afghanistan. This could significantly weaken America’s need to respond to Russian and Chinese military incursions around the world. Russian Options If I were Putin, I would trade Alaska for the Middle East because the oil would be equivalent and there are more compelling reasons for the Russians to eye Alaska in a coming conflict which goes beyond the need for oil.
In 1999, at a conference (http://www.yale.edu/opa/arc-ybc/v28.n7/story17.html) held at Yale University, previously-secret Russian documents revealed that Russian Dictator Joseph Stalin had undergone extensive planning in preparation to invade North America 1951. The event was one of a series of programs sponsored by the Washington D.C.-based Cold War International History Project (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/02/27/why-russia-needs-alaska/) (CWIHP), which monitors new documents pertaining to the Cold War. The Yale conference centered on Stalin’s relationship with the United States.
These Cold War documents revealed that Stalin had a definitive plan to attack Alaska in 1951-52 and had undergone major military preparations in anticipation of the invasion. Russia has always considered itself to be landlocked and this served as the major motivation for Russia’s planned incursion which would have given Russia access to good sea ports. Stalin subsequently died and the plans were abandoned, at least temporarily.
British geographer and military historian, Sir Halford MacKinder (http://archive.org/details/democraticideal01mackgoog), in 1904, wrote an article that changed how politicians and military men (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/02/27/why-russia-needs-alaska/) viewed the world. It was a perception that influenced Hitler to send his troops eastward in an attack upon Russia in 1940. It was also the driving (http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/02/27/why-russia-needs-alaska/) force that led to the underpinnings for superpower foreign policy which guided foreign policy for both sides during the Cold War. The theory that had so influenced nearly three generations of strategists, was simply called the Heartland Theory.
Basically, Mackinder’s Heartland Theory viewed geo-political military history as a struggle between land-based and sea-based powers. Mackinder believed the world had become a “closed” system, with virtually no new lands left for the Europeans powers to discover, to conquer, and to fight over without creating chaos elsewhere. According to the theory the common denominator for world conflict has been reduced to sea powers vs. land-based powers which would subsequently struggle for dominance of the world, and the ultimate victor would be in a position to set up a world empire. The determining factor in this struggle was physical geography (http://archive.org/details/democraticideal01mackgoog); “Man and not nature initiates, but nature in large measure controls”.
Some speculate that Russia has been effectively neutralized in the Middle East. If that presumption is true, it would make sense that Russia would attack the United States through Alaska, whose defenses have been compromised by Obama. Although the United States might be successful in attacking Syria and ultimately Iran, we may face an invasion from China from the South and simultaneously from Russia from the Northwest.

Russia’s trump card lies in attacking Saudi Arabia in retaliation for action against the US attacking Syria. This is what Obama fears the most. This would have catastrophic consequences. America’s economy would come to a complete standstill because oil would be shut down.
Conclusion The present set of events in the world reminds one of the days leading up to the commencement of World War I. The stage for WWI was set by a race between competing super powers in Africa. Each side formed alliances and before the fighting broke out on the African continent, Archduke Francis Ferdinand was assassinated and the alliance came into play as WWI began.
In the interest of brevity, I have purposely left some open questions unanswered with regard to the impact of the coming war on the American people. Further, a strong case can be made which implicates this current President and his treasonous actions and motivations. Yes, you are reading this correctly, I believe that the US is supposed to lose the coming war. These topics will be the subject of the next part of this series.

Updated: 5 Minutes To Self-Immolation Of The Israeli Empire
Posted on August 29, 2013 by horse237

Israel Shahak wrote a foreword to his translation of Oded Yinon’s 1982 paper for the World Zionist Organization which revealed Zion’s plans for America, Israel, the Mideast and the world. The Israelis claim all the land in the Mideast from the Nile to the Euphrates. All America has to do is to evict all 300 million people already living there. Wesley Clark was given a list of 7 Muslim nations after 911 that America was to invade. That 2001 hit list originated in Israel in 1982. The last nations on that list are Syria and Iran.

Today I would hope to prove that if America attacks Syria and Iran for Israel even risking war with Russia, then the Israeli Empire will self-immolate and the America we knew will die. The words 5 Minutes in the title refers to the undeniable fact that it will take Syria and Iran 5 Minutes to sink the American Persian Gulf and Mediterranean fleets, eviscerate the US Central Command and send America into a Depression so severe that I think it should be called the Greatest Starvation. Only 3 to 4 million Americans died in the last Depression. I think at least 10 million Americans and half a billion people worldwide will die from starvation if we do not use Debt Cancellation to avert disaster.

The Iranians have hundreds of small boats armed with Russian made anti-ship missiles designed to sink American aircraft carriers. Those would be the N-22 Sunburn (Mach 2.1) and the N-26 Onyx (Mach 3). They also have the Chinese made C-802 which has a 165 kg (364 pound) warhead. They have rocket artillery with ranges of 65, 92 and 130 miles (100, 150 and 210 km). This rocket artillery includes the Zelzal-2 meaning “Earthquake”. It is a 610 mm heavy artillery rocket with a 600 kg (1,323 lb) warhead. The missile is based on the Soviet FROG-7 missile.

Iran has 20 submarines. Their Russian designed torpedoes have a top speed of 360 km/h (223.7 mph).

The Iranians have many other anti-ship missiles that can be launched from small and medium sized boats from the land and from helicopters and jets.

The Iranians electronically hijacked an advanced CIA stealth drone proving they are not a primitive nation. Iran has a drone with a 1,000 km range capable of firing 4 missiles or dropping a 500 pound bomb (227 Kgs). Hezbollah has drones too. They launched drones over Israel which gave them sufficient information to knock out the Israeli electrical grid for six months if either Syria or Hezbollah is attacked.

I suppose I should point out that 40% of all oil tanker traffic goes through the Strait of Hormuz. All Iran has to do is to threaten to sink all oil tankers going through the Strait to force London insurers to shut down oil traffic out of the Gulf and drive oil to $300 a barrel.

Perform this thought experiment. Suppose the US launches 1,000 slow moving cruise missiles at Syria. Syria would be justified if it fired back especially if they waited for 40, 50 or 100 missiles to be launched. Syria has Russian N-26 anti-ship missiles. They are unstoppable by the US and were designed to sink American aircraft carriers. If the Syrians damaged but deliberately did not sink one of the American destroyers, would Obama take the hint and go home or would he escalate? If he escalates, the Syrians could escalate and sink the American fleet and even take out American air base at Incerlik in Turkey.

The Iranians would be justified to defend their treaty ally. Iran could sink our Persian Gulf fleet and take out all 35 American Central Command bases near them. This would lead to the death or capture of American troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States.

Oil would zoom up to $350 and then to $500 a barrel. The American economy will fall off the cliff into a Depression which as I said could be called the Great Starvation.

Israel will have at least 150,000 incoming missiles from Hezbollah, Syria and Iran. Hezbollah has 300 or more M-600 guided missiles with 1,000 pound warheads and is capable of turning Tel Aviv into a parking lot. The Syrians created a National Defense Force (NDF) which has 100,000 trained militia men and soon will have 150,000. Many of these men are loyal to Hezbollah and are armed with missiles capable of striking Israel.

As an exercise, you might calculate what will be left of the Israeli population if the 2,000 most industrialized and most populous square miles in Israel were hit by 1,000 thousand pound fuel air explosives and by 1,000 thousand pound conventional bombs. Hint 1: 42% of Israeli Jews live in 528 square miles of metropolitan Tel Aviv. Hint 2: A fuel air explosive has 4 times the impact of a conventional bomb. Fires and explosives require oxygen. A fuel air explosive burns up all the oxygen in the atmosphere in a radius of half a mile or more so it has more room for explosives in the warhead.

What do you think will happen to that leaky Israeli nuclear power plant at Dimona if it is hit directly by 7, 9 or even 12 missiles with 1,000 pound warheads? Would a nuclear meltdown improve the health of the Israelis who managed to survive those 150,000 incoming missiles and were living in the dark without hospitals?

Might I take this opportunity to point out what the former head of the IDF Gabi Ashkenazi has said about attacking Iran and Syria. He said, “It is STUPID.” Or was that the former head of the MOSSAD Meir Dagan who said people who want war are STUPID. Israel cannot survive. The American Jews who are pushing the Democrats and the Republicans to war are insane.

Please consider that Iran is an ally of China and Russia through the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in which they have Observer status. The Iranians made secret alliances with the Pakistani military after the US killed those 24 Pakistani soldiers on November 26, 2011. Pakistan has lots of Hydrogen bombs. Of more immediate concern is that Russian task force in the Mediterranean. What plan does Washington have to avoid escalating a missile exchange between Syria and Israel and Russia into a thermonuclear war?

What would Obama, Bernanke and Mario Draghi at the European Central bank do if China began selling hundreds of billions of dollars in Treasury bonds while simultaneously buying gold, oil, silver, food and other commodities? The Chinese press could taunt Americans saying that they had their chance to wean themselves away from importing oil. Now they can pay $500 a barrel for oil. Americans could scurry around to earn $5,000 to buy an ounce of gold to buy anything from overseas.

A Navy JAG officer (lawyer) recently said their offices were inundated with calls from flag officers who wanted a legal basis to refuse an order to attack Iran and to refuse to arrest American civilians without trial and render them to foreign prisons for torture. The JAG officers are thinking that they should apply the Geneva Convention to American civilians and defend them in military court. The JAG officer also said that military officers do not want to arrest Americans without trial because they would be turned into a sieve meaning Americans have at least 300 million guns and 10 billion bullets.

I suppose this is where I explain Oded Yinon and the Zionists really believe Israel has the right to all the land from the Nile to the Euphrates river in Iraq. They believe they have the right to destroy every Muslim nation that would say No to Zionist insanity. Why should America suffer self-immolation because Israel thinks national suicide just like at Masada is a wonderful idea?

Israel could respond by firing 400 thermonuclear weapons at Muslims, Europeans, Russians and even Americans because we did not do enough to prove we loved them. Of course that level of radiation added to Fukushima would kill 98% of the people in the northern Hemisphere but it is your duty to die for Israel. At least, that is what the preacher said on the radio before he asked me to send him money.

If we do not decisively say No to Israel and to Zionism very soon, we will all be doomed to what we deserve.

This is an update of the article I posted on New Years Eve of 2011. It was the most widely read essay I ever wrote. Israel has been threatening war with Iran for decades to no avail. The American and Israeli professional military know it is suicide. Attacking Syria is also suicide.

Since the bankers run the governments, I think a better option for them would be to launch a cyber attack on the banks of the US and Europe, to blame the Iranians and the Syrians or even the Chinese and to steal your bank accounts, mutual funds, pensions and whatever is not underneath your mattress.

If the bankers order an attack, they run the risk that the military will say NO. Only 9% of Americans support the war. And only 8% of the British public supports the war.

good listen...........

The Sunburn is perhaps the most lethal anti-ship missile in the world, designed to fly as low as 9 feet above ground/water at more than 1,500 miles per hour (mach 2+). The missile uses a violent pop-up maneuver for its terminal approach to throw off Phalanx and other U.S. anti-missile defense systems. Given their low cost, they’re perfectly suited for close quarter naval conflict in the bathtub-like Persian Gulf.
The Sunburn is versatile, and can be fired from practically any platform, including just a flat bed truck. It has a 90-mile range, which is all that is necessary in the small Persian Gulf and 40-mile-wide Strait of Hormuz. Fired from shore a missile could hit a ship in the Strait in less than a minute. It presents a real threat to the U.S. Navy. Tests using the Aegean and RAM ship defense technology stops the Sunburn 95% of the time, but such testing was done in open seas, not a bathtub. The payload hit with a 750-pound conventional warhead can be witnessed at 1:53-1:57 in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJgVaYmiggE). Not enough to sink a carrier, but it could take down smaller capital ships and crew.
You don’t have to be Hannibal preparing for the Battle of Cannae to see that the Strait is a potential shooting gallery. Without a doubt, Iran has plotted and mapped every firing angle and location along the Gulf, their home-court coastline. This is going to put enormous interdiction pressure on U.S. warplanes to spot and destroy platforms, which may be as simple as a flat-bed truck. In reality, Iran has dug in from Jask in the east to Bandar in the west and can easily cover any ship, commercial or military, traversing the narrow Strait.
Equally disturbing is Iran’s missile range for the entire Persian Gulf. Bahrain itself could be hit by the longer-range version of the Sunburn, the Onyx. Is the U.S. (which has three aircraft carrier groups in play currently) going to stick around or clear out to the Oman Sea, leaving control of the oil lanes to Iran? Or will they stay and slug it out with the Iranians? If so, at what cost?
