Would it be an act of war against the US of A if China, Russia, India, Brazil, or any other country were to set up camps to train 'rebels' in Mexico and then after having trained these 'rebels' to send them across the border into the states to wreck havoc and engage the US military?? ???

Naw, by this standard probably not -

Based on what America's Caesar A. Lincoln did Assad has every right to whack any 'rebels' in Syria.

How does a foreign invasion qualify as a civil war? When the 'rebels' are Libyans, Chechnyans, Brits, Qataris, Saudis--all mercenaries working for the moneyed interests. The banksters have a world empire. They are trying to consolidate the last independent sovereign outposts into that empire. And to keep the conquered people subservient. The US was conquered long ago. It is now their most formidable military asset. The reason Syria is presented as a civil war by the MSM is because it keeps the sheeple asleep, Imagine what people would think if the MSM told them that the Syrian rebels weren't Syrians--but mercenaries--like the Hessians in our revolutionary war.

The casuality of war is the truth.
