I remember when the TV stations signed off at midnight or thereabouts, this was what they played before the test pattern or the blackout appeared. I think I may have trained my eyes on it once or twice during the signoff, but after that, when I heard the first few notes to the star spangled banner, I turned the TV off. Also, when I hear the SSB on TV, i close my eyes and supply the words silently in my own mind. Whatever subconscious messages they were trying to implant fell flat on me. I am sure most people on this forum have similar stories on how they escaped this mental entrainment.

And, while I DO believe the US Gov't is a well oiled machine that monitors, controls, and passively enslaves us, we all have to be aware of the flip side of the coin. Those who wish to show us that the gov't is corrupt will do the same thing, or go so far as to create hoax material in hopes that people will "wake up" to their side.
