So if you're in DC, get rid of your spent casings asap.

What does possession of a paintball get you?

How about a potato launcher?

In Mexico you can get up to 5 years for an empty brass casing.

Did DC get taken over by Mexico? I have a hard time believing this story....

LMMFAO. If I was ever going to be in DC, I won't be worried about the empty brass unless one fell down my shirt and was burning my uncircumcised cock.

Maybe they temp test the empty brass now. If it's above room temp, obviously it's been recently discharged and the person is automatically guilty of a crime.

Potato guns are illegal in MI according to the resident fed official down the road who saw my potato gun outside. Regular guns and rifles are ok.

Think about it, the concept that mere empty brass being contraband has been put into effect in the District of Corruption* - make it public policy in more and more areas is the agenda.

*I fail to see what this ban on having empty brass is going to do when there can be little doubt that those acoustic pickup/gunfire tracking systems would zero in on any gunshots IF there were shots fired.
