Something happened today, that for some reason really bothered me. Before sharing this story, I'm surprised at myself, and I don't know why this infuriated me...

After work today, I drove into the ghetto to get a burrito from one of those "roach coaches". I had been to this one before, and loved it, got the urge big time for one and treated myself.

As I approached, the only people there were 7 young black kids. 1 girl, and they couldn't have been more than 17 years old. My first thoughts was that they better not try any knock out games with me, I'll thump some skulls. After I ordered my food, and was waiting, I couldn't help but notice they actually seemed like decent kids. Joking around, they all had fancy phones, etc. One young kid, put his arm around the young gal. She seemed very innocent.

Then I heard the conversation....

He started tell her "I'm going to eff you, then eff your mom. Your mom is sweet, I've already effed her, like I'm going to do to you..." It got worse and worse. I won't go into details, but it was raw. You get the idea.

I've got smoke coming out of my ears at this point. Never, would I have thought, that a young boy would treat a young girl with so much disrespect. I was about ready to grab this kid and teach him how to respect others. Then a cracked out black dude approached selling CD's, movies. All the attention went on him. I watched in amusement as this dude whipped out CD after CD pitching which movies were great, etc. He actually had a good sales pitch, I was taken back and surprised. Then my food order came, and I left.

Do you think I should have straightened that kid out? Would it have made a difference, or would they all have gotten violent? It really disturbs me that young folks act that way. That young girl couldn't have been more than 16, and she was smiling the whole time, like this is normal behavior.

What's the best scenario for a better world: having everyone try to change everyone else to behave the way they think other people should behave, or for everybody to only change their own personal behavior to be the best they can be?

That kid was a result of the culture he's immersed in, and that culture is the agenda of the Lucifer worshiping Death Cult. The Death Cult has radically advanced their Satanic agenda over the past 100 years, give or take. Can't quite put my finger on what unleashed them and has emboldened them.

In the situation described in the OP imo just best to let it go. Those kids are too far gone for someone like you to have a positive impact in a mere flash of a moment, you'd likely just feed their resentment toward whitey.

nothing. i taught school for 3 years in inner city houston, the bad part (5th ward). the "turn them around part" of life stops around 7-8th grade. very few kids can be reformed, redeemed, whatever you want to call it past then if they already have bad behavior ingrained in them. you can teach them past that date how to behave in certain situations, manners, etc. but they will always revert back to it in private.

I dont know... but in a situation where you are the outsider any attempt to intervene would be taken the wrong way. You said there were about seven kids and then a crackhead came in.Probably if you tried to correct the behavior of the punk he would have become aggressive and the his friends and any others within the area would be on your ass. All of the cockroaches would come from everywhere. I dont think you could have said or done anything to remedy the situation as it is a product of those kids lifetimes... and cannot be fixed so easily. I am with you though... It burns my ass when I see such behavior in what is supposed to be a human.
