Man posts on FB about his concerns regarding the police state in America, within 24 hours gets a visit from the G men wanting an interview down at the cop shop or else, "We'll just toss your house." Down at donut muncher central he is shown huge dossiers on him and his relatives. Nice. Nope, no police state here!

just keep telling the truth, they are scared...

all truth passes through 3 stages, first it is ridiculed, second it is violently opposed, and lastly it is accepted as self evident...

we are in stage 2,

Good reason to not accept contracts over the phone. I just do not answer calls I can't recognize and block them if they repeatedly call back. Another good reason to not use social networking sites.

Now why would anyone volunteer to appear?

Idem est non probari et non esse; non deficit jus, sed probatio. What does not appear and what is not is the same; it is not the defect of the law, but the want of proof.

Now if an agent of the FBI suddenly appeared and proclaimed himself in this office I have some rather pointed questions to ask. I haven't tracked down any of these people for the purpose of having my questions answered but I am pretty sure they were complicit in an assault and battery that took place years ago when I sent a telegram to the president and a day later was attacked by an assistant county attorney. My belief is they 'named names'.

answering questions from federal agents is an extremely risky idea, especially without the presence of a lawyer.* Supreme Court case*BROGAN v. UNITED STATES*affirmed that it is a federal crime to tell any lie, or misrepresent any fact, to a federal agent.* Even an innocent person with good intentions could commit a federal crime by misspeaking during an interview

But they can lie to you all day long.
