I've been seeing this show up on a lot of other sites. Some are speculating that it could be a false flag event. Which wouldn't surprise me given how bad Barry wanted a war in Syria only to get his ass handed to him by the electorate.

However, I can't seem to find any mention of this drill on their website

Jim McCanney has covered this topic, awhile back, and those dates coincide with the conjunction of mercury with the comet Ison, which will give us a hell of a light show, and is actually the best date for a solar flare from the sun... (EMP)
