There has to be more to this story. This story is so completely crazy it is truly mindboggling. What cop would arrest a woman based upon a complaint of kids playing on a quiet street. You can't do that. Could the cop have been a dike? My guess is the dike neighbor who called it in is somehow in bed with the dike cop who arrested the mom.

If this case goes to trial, I bet it will be very interesting.
