Hand Reflexology......

It not difficult to do

but it is very difficult to remember to do them

they are FREE

Which chart is correct is unknown but looking at all of the available ones together a general picture is formed.

There are more charts than this if you do your own research.

Painful spots are indications of problems in that area which can be improved within a few days of repeat massage.

So its possible to diagnose yourself and then work on those areas to keep your health better.

Massage the feet with rollers as well

Hand reflexology enables a person to zero in accurately on the hand points and become your own doctor and treatment.

If people learn and applied this then they would be far better off health wise.

A lady did the spine zone shown below for her back and the next day it was better.

The second picture with the hands facing forward and the pink zone near the thumbs is a good place to press/hold/massage for backs.Find sore spots and come back the next day and do them as it takes time.

On most charts eyes are under the first two fingers and ears under the last two fingers on the palm side.

Dont know much about this series below but they look simple and straight forward to do.

Learning how to read a reflexology hand chart is not difficult, but because your hands are much smaller than your feet, the layout is more compressed. As with foot reflexology maps, hand charts include views of the top, bottom and sides of the hands that illustrate the reflex points. Follow the steps below to find out where some of your hand’s major reflex points are located.

Steps

Find the Major Reflex Points on the Palms of Your Hands

The reflex points on your left hand correspond to the left side of your body and the reflex points on your right palm relate to areas on the right side of your body.

1
Work with your thumbs to access your head. The thumb represents your head and the inside of your upper thumb corresponds to the side of your head. The tips of your thumb, pointer finger and middle finger relate to your brain.

2
Gain access to heal your sinuses by working on the area between your fingernails and the first knuckle of your thumb, pointer, middle and ring fingers.

3
De-stress your shoulders by working on your pinkies. The entire length of your pinkie finger relates to your shoulder; your left pinkie finger is the reflex for your left shoulder and your right pinkie finger relates to your right shoulder.

4
Locate the area directly underneath the base of your fingers that extends to the web of your thumb to work on the reflex points for your lungs, heart, stomach and pancreas.

5
Relieve your intestines, spleen and kidneys by working on the area from the base of your thumb, all the way down to your wrist. This area includes the pressure points for the ascending, transverse and descending colon.

Find the Reflex Points on the Backs of Your Hands

Locate the major reflex points on the tops of your hands. Most of the reflex points on the tops of your hands mirror the reflex points on the palms of your hands, but there are unmapped areas due to the number of bones in your hands. Those areas do contain reflex points, but the number of bones makes deep pressure contact difficult.

1
Locate the area just below the base of your pointer, middle and ring fingers to access your lungs and heart.

2
Find the spot just below the heart and lung reflex area to access the points for your stomach and intestines.

3
Access the reproductive organs by focusing on the wrist area.

Tips

Consult a detailed hand chart for an illustration of all the reflex points on the palms, tops and sides of your hands.
Remember that your right hand corresponds to the right side of your body and your left hand corresponds to the left side of your body. Thus, the reflex point for your left kidney is on the palm of your left hand and the reflex point for your liver, which is located on the right side of your body, is located on the palm of your right hand.
