De non apparentibus et non existntibus eadem est ratio. The reason is the same respecting things which do not appear, and those which do not exist.

So, in order to get them off your back, don't show up. Then they deem that you don't exist, and you're off the hook. Is that the logic we are pushing toward? Conversely, if you show up, you are likely to have your goose cooked?

Now a days if you don't show up the charges, what ever they maybe, stand.

1803 from 2013......think about it.
You cannot ignore traffic court and expect them to drop the charges because you decided to not show up. You're found guilty because you didn't challenge your accusations to clear yourself.

This article means nothing!
Palani just believes in playing semantics, haven't any of you figured that out yet? His mindset is that of a conspiratist......hence the 200+ year old articles that don't apply to days law.

Much to be learned from legal notices. Appearance is an action that creates a person. Courts only deal with fictions and a person is a fiction. Courts only act upon tangibles. If the court fails in its magic act of making a person appear then for what it is worth a court order will likely be issued for the plaintiff.

What if a war were declared and one party doesn't appear?

So, in order to get them off your back, don't show up. Depends upon whether you decide to give them evidence of your existence.

Then they deem that you don't exist, and you're off the hook. If you don't exist then what makes you believe you were ever ON the hook?

Conversely, if you show up, you are likely to have your goose cooked? Appearing might help balance THEIR books but is not likely to do much good for YOUR books.

1803 from 2013......think about it.
Courts still act in the same way although they appear to have thought up some new magic tricks in the intervening centuries.

You cannot ignore traffic court and expect them to drop the charges because you decided to not show up. You're found guilty because you didn't challenge your accusations to clear yourself. If there is no injured party in such a court then how can there be anything for the court to act upon? Where have you agreed to be summoned by such an entity? Do you obey STOP signs? Where is the authority posted for the sign?

This article means nothing!
To a deaf dumb and blind man little matters except avoiding hot stoves.

A non-argument. What is more of importance to you and what you afraid to address is that IF I AM RIGHT THAT WOULD MAKE YOU
WRONG!!!

Well, like the traffic lady told me at the court house....."If you don't show up to pay your fine you will have to pay another fine, your drivers license will be suspended and a arrest warant will be isued for your arrest".......I'd rather just pay the fine.

Fighting against the robo-cops just for $198.00 is not my idea of freedom.

You exist so you appear. You haven't said anything to contradict my assertion(s). In fact you affirm them. Thank you for agreeing.

On the other hand if you lack existence then why would you volunteer to appear? To prove that you actually have existence?

Nobody who exists really needs to appear in court. That is for legal fictions.

If you say that you will be bringing your famous potato salad to the Garden Club luncheon, you better show up.

If you don't want to be disagreeable.

The bulletes that the cops would give me are not fictional..... and they hurt, I have two of them to prove it. I can only hope that someday your refused to show in court and nothing happens to you.....and I want you to prove it.

I am crazy but I am not stupid.

So you really believe the second amendment is about a coat of arms huh palani?
You're whackoo palani....whackoo!

palani is a conspiratist, have no doubt about it.
Here he is over at the suijuris website. You make your own judgement.

http://www.suijurisforum.com/post33187.html#p33187

Through rhetoric and dicta the 2nd amendment has been PRESUMED to be about weapons of war that expel projectiles at high speed. The NRA was formed in Britain to promote these types of instruments as well as to provide an organization through which their use might be further regulated. The NRA has never existed to protect anything.

MY story is the 2nd amendment is about heraldic devices.

THAT is my story and I am sticking to it.
