During a photo opportunity in the Oval Office on Monday, when President Barack Obama and Biden met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the vice president was holding the binder to a “classified document,” The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review (http://blog.triblive.com/thisjustin/2013/10/01/biden-inadvertently-shows-media-codeword/) reported.
The binder had the word “Codeword” written across it. The contents inside the document were not revealed.

I did a search and that Youtube channel is owned by one Joseph Ignatius Biden III. I don't know if he's related to Bite-me.
