If your home is paid for (even if it is not) you better get a "Land Patent"...... this is a very powerfull instrument that wont alowed the government to take your home away from you.....the more that I read about it the more that I believe in it......protect yourself now so that you won't be sorry later.......and of course, I don't have to tell you about your bank account.

A man who attempted to sign up for Obamacare online was told that a fine of over $4,000 dollars a year for refusing to take out mandatory health insurance could be taken directly from his bank account, and that his drivers license would be suspended and a federal tax lien placed against his home, according to an entry on the HealthCare.gov Facebook page.

Image: Obama signs the Affordable Care Act.
If true, the implementation of Obamacare is going to be a whole lot more draconian than Americans have been led to believe.

Will Sheehan claims that when he tried to sign up for Obamacare and then register to opt out, he received an ominous warning. Sheehan’s full Facebook post reads;

“I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 “Silver Plan” and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I “opt-out” and chose to continue along with no insurance.

I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the “REPERCUSSIONS PORTION” for “non-payment” of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with “Non-Payment” and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy “Automatically withdraw” your “penalties” weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is “Free” or even “Affordable.”

Sheehan went on to point out that the site makes you input all your personal information before giving you an indication of the costs, meaning a database of the “uninsured” is being built. He added that he could not afford to pay the premium so would have to break the law and pay the fine, leaving him with no health care coverage.

The federal government has consistently denied that any fines pertaining to Obamacare non-compliance could be seized from bank accounts, despite reports last year that the IRS had hired 16,500 new agents to harass citizens who attempt to evade the new law.

“There’s no criminal sanctions for not paying this, and there’s no ability to levy a bank account or do seizures,” then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman said in April 2010.

In addition, Americans who refuse to pay for mandatory health insurance “shall not be subject to any criminal prosecution,” according to the law itself.

Section 1501(g)(2) of the Affordable Care Act also states that the IRS cannot “file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section.”

Either Sheehan’s claim that he received this notice is a lie, or the feds have been dishonest with the American people all along, and the revolt against Obamacare is about to take “don’t tread on me” to a whole new level.

When an 'offer' is made then you had best be prepared to be agreeable. This new medium of internet and email will be used to your disadvantage.

On the other hand. Got somebody you have a grudge against? Go ahead and get a quote in THEIR name then opt out and let THEM deal with the fallout. I am thinking maybe apply in the name of the governor of your state. Or anybody in politics. Democrats are preferred though.

"If True"?? Ha ha, don't make me laugh. Of course if you don't pay they'll come and take it. Has the IRS ever been any other way?

I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return.

The key point to this whole bill being deemed "constitutional" was because there were no fines, only taxes. If anyone is fined, isn't this legislation running afoul of it's judicially approved constraints?

Signing those 1040 forms 'under the pains and penalties of perjury' is what creates the problem, people need to learn how to quit doing that.

Ponce, once one starts fighting for one's property, escalation is guaranteed... getting a "Land Patent" wont protect one from US drones or/and a bomb from Iran/Russia/China... or even gangs looking for shelters/food when the system goes down.

We are the international bankers/military complex's properties... as long as we fail to address it, we'll never possess anything really. All an illusion.

edit:
now this said I am a firm believer that the elites have created the ownership concept for citizens, to keep them under pressure 24/7 and whatever invasion threats, so they can claim the virtues of military service, all of which help them achieve their goals for global domination...

national sovereignty so we all are stuck when the elites decide to wage war on their own citizens economically or/and physically ??? ??? that's precisely why we need open borders.

Well, I reckon we're gonna see what they're made of. I'm tired of thinkin bout this shit and ponderin all the different possibilities.

Got no bank account....fuck you fed.

Got no house...fuck you fed.

Got no job...fuck you fed.

I really can't believe it's come to this, yes I can but.......

I really feel bad for all of you that do have all of the above, you have the most to lose. It seems they've covered all of the bases and there ain't any escape.

To be "free" you pretty much have to be a homeless bum. The system is designed for enslavement. Not much you can do to escape.

The best thing I find to do is play their game, but undercut them wherever you can within reason to avoid suspicion. Try to insulate yourself and enjoy life as much as possible. We live in a system created and managed by psychopaths, and it will never change as long as 1% or so of humanity is composed of psychopaths or computer AI takes over.

QFT! That's one hell of a truth.

It's a sad fucking day when being a bum equates with being free, at least in this context. The thing is, is that I saw this coming and it played into my decision to disconnect 2+ years ago. I think I made the right decision for me to see it all play out makes me sick, for myself and everyone else. I do see a positive that can come out of it though, maybe it's enough to wake some folks up and to start even more of an underground economy.

Pretty good point, the fines levied will have to go towards something completely different then to the Fed.

Oh that's right, they go to Puerto Rico first where someone loses the books yearly....

Lawyers wrote the law, they probably stand to gain the most from it.

Signing those 1040 forms 'under the pains and penalties of perjury' is what creates the problem, people need to learn how to quit doing that.

The 1040 isnt the problem....the problem exists with the reporting of income ("wages" for the employed).
Even if you dont file a 1040 the IRS can file a "substitute for return" (SFR) on your behalf. They can do this because you have income "reported" either by your employer (W3) or a 1099 if you are self employed by the payor.
The W3 is sent to the SSA who then input this into the government system and send this info, once in the system, to the IRS to check accuracy of your 1040 if you file. If you dont they can use the info from the SSA to file a SFR on your behalf.
You are only reported on (W3) because you are participating in Social Security (W4) ...whether it be "employed" (W4) or "self-employed" (1099).
Stop participating in Social Security so nothing is "reported".
If nothing is reported then no 1040 is required to file.
If no 1040 is filed the IRS has nothing. Without a 1040 how in the world can the government force obammacare fines or even know if you are carying any insurance?
They dont know!
Its that simple people!
Social Security is completely voluntary even if you have a ssn assigned to you.
I know because I dont participate at all.

Can you create a new thread on the process of SSA non-compliance? :)

The first step is relocating next to a fishing hole in Alaska, then collecting blocks of ice enough for an igloo.

Eventually you will have full pay hospitals accepting private insurance and dough, then you will have public clinics where the dreggs go, LT.

That's gonna be the end result of all this bolony, the people that Obama says he is helping will get on the site and find they still can't afford it and then be fined.

I browsed thru this list and while premiums are lower, they ain't stellar. I still don't think many will be able to afford it.

You will probably OK. Even here in Canada there are private clinics if you can afford them. Just take care of yourself so you don't come down with a degenerative disease and realize that most small injuries will heal on their own.

I make use of alternative practitioners, ART, chiropractic, acupuncture. They usually ask for but do not require the Alberta health number or SIN # (Canada's version of the SSN)

I haven't been to a hospital for anything in over 3 years and plan to not visit one unless absolutely necessary. I plan on having children and when we do we are doing a home birth.

If you do have life threatening injuries and have to visit the hospital it is probably best to receive treatment even if it will create a mess for you to deal with but that might not ever happen if you are careful.

Obammacare has Social Security teeth.
Without social security the IRS has no teeth.

The government is very sly about this whole healthcare issue by adding it into Social Security.
The one thing they never told anybody about this healthcare is its an extension of Social Security.
At the same time though, the only way the government could pull this off is to codify O-care as an extension to Social Security.
If they passed this legislation as a standalone bill it would have never made it passed any court.
The government cannot, by the US Constitution, pass any legislation that imposes taxation having compelled performance.
They can only pass legislation having tax impositions where participation is voluntary.
They cannot pass any law forcing everyone to participate to tax you.
Social Security is not compelled participation...its 100% voluntary!
Its still 100% voluntary even if you have a ssn.
They passed this healthcare law on the coattail of Social Security to implement it.

If you look up the history of Social Security there was a huge constitutional debate of whether or not Social Security was Constitutional....well it barely passed Constitutional muster because Social Security is 100% voluntary and not compelled performance.

Yes I can....but it wont be for at least 4 weeks. I just got home from a 14 hour day. Just to do it all over again tomorrow.
