I think 15% may not be accurate... from my own observations, i'd say up to 30%

-----------------------------
10 Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance
More than 55 diseases have been linked to gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. It’s estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed.
It is also estimated that as much as 15% of the US population is gluten intolerant. Could you be one of them?
If you have any of the following symptoms it could be a sign that you have gluten intolerance:
1. Digestive issues such as gas, bloating, diarrhea and even constipation. I see the constipation particularly in children after eating gluten.
2. Keratosis Pilaris, (also known as ‘chicken skin’ on the back of your arms). This tends be as a result of a fatty acid deficiency and vitamin A deficiency secondary to fat-malabsorption caused by gluten damaging the gut.
3. Fatigue, brain fog or feeling tired after eating a meal that contains gluten.
4. Diagnosis of an autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ulcerative colitis, Lupus, Psoriasis, Scleroderma or Multiple sclerosis.
5. Neurologic symptoms such as dizziness or feeling of being off balance.
6. Hormone imbalances such as PMS, PCOS or unexplained infertility.
7. Migraine headaches.
8. Diagnosis of chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. These diagnoses simply indicate your conventional doctor cannot pin point the cause of your fatigue or pain.
9. Inflammation, swelling or pain in your joints such as fingers, knees or hips.
10. Mood issues such as anxiety, depression, mood swings and ADD.

I used to get items #1 and #3 a lot, until I went gluten free. Before then, I simply thought that my stomach discomfort and afternoon sleepiness were just normal parts of life. Now that I don't eat grains these problems are long gone. On the very rare occasion I eat a high carb meal, I feel the bloating and stomach discomfort much more acutely.

megadosing vitamin B5 might help some of these, depending on bodyweight, 3000 to 5000 mgs a day total (in divided doses)

Look up food intolerance. They sell kits that you can use at home but... they are not available in the USi. You will need to have someone in the UK get it for/to you. Think they run 80 bux for 136 difft food tests in the kit, not positive on that. Let me see if I can get a youtube.

Gluten intolerance is another symptom of too many vaccinations, etc. chemical attacks on the human body by TPTB.

I found many professionals are saying food allergies in children are on the increase. They are attributing this to the amount of vaccinations being added to the childhood vaccine schedule.

Gluten intolerance is a result of Coeliacs disease only.

You must be born with the genetic predisposition to develop coeliac disease. The most important genes associated with susceptibility to coeliac disease are HLA DQ2 and HLA DQ8. Either one or both of these genes are present in virtually every person with coeliac disease. While 30% of the population carry one or both of these genes, only 1 in 30 of these people (approximately) will get coeliac disease.

Which means only 1% of the population, not 15% or 30%

Most gastrointestinal problems are actually caused by fructans (which can be in gluten free foods as well) not gluten which explains why TT's partner can feel bloated after eating gluten free...

Don't believe the hype glutem intolerance is WAY over stated...
