ATLANTIC CITY (INTELLIHUB) — This is going to be my shortest article so far and not because I have nothing else to say on the subject. I’ve been vocal enough writing about police brutality and criminality in the past,[1] so reflecting on each new incident would be simply redundant.

But I will say though, that the level of insanity seen among the army of psychopaths in uniform whose salary is paid by those they are assaulting, is reaching the sky.

The problem, however, is deeper. The brutality we see is a direct consequence of the fact that the laws which are constructed to regulate the law enforcement community are not enforced.

The most recent case occurred in Atlantic City, New Jersey, where a teenager was assaulted by police and attacked by a police dog after getting kicked out of a casino for being under age, indicates that things have gone too far.

In an exclusive interview with CNN’s Jason Carroll, Castellani, 20, said he has total numbness on the right side of his head, and severe nerve damage. “It’s definitely the worst thing that’s ever happened to me in my life,” the Temple University junior said.

Castellani and his parents have filed a lawsuit in federal court against Atlantic City and its police department.

The arrest and beating were captured on surveillance video in the early morning hours of June 15, after Castellani was told to leave the Tropicana Casino and Resort because, he said, he is under 21.[2]

I think the cops should be held personally liable for their behavior while on duty. Ditto for their supervisors all the way up the chain of obedience.

What makes the cops so impudent and brutal is the lack of personal accountability. They are immune to prosecution because of 'sovereign immunity'. That means they can do whatever they like while acting in an official capacity without fear of prosecution. Sovereign immunity means not having to think about how much force they use. The courts also have sovereign immunity. This is what makes our entire government corrupt. Rotten to the core. And the citizens have to pay for it. The constitution makes the 'people' sovereign'. The legal system has turned that whole idea upside down.

The Universal Code of Commerce and the Limited Liability Corporation in all their manifestations have been mighty handy tools for the Ruling Elite. Socialize the pain and privatize the profit.
