i personally know and know very well, the gentleman who was the HEAD of the project to pre-break the US electrical grid PRIOR to Y2K for the nation, and is still very much hands on and available for implementing the protocols already in place and drilled out the wazoo for now these last 14 years. the last grid sector to get untangled was the pacific nw, whose power structure was tied in to Houston of all places, and presented the most challenges to them meeting their Y2K national grid deadline of midnight 12.31.1999

the grid committee he oversaw and pushed until the work was done was triggered by the major NE blackout event, which tripped and caused cascading failures which even reached up into canada if one recalls accurately.

the pre-break of the US electrical powergrid and subsequent re-configuration work was completed by late September 1999.

in the event of actual sabotage, the teams are already in place, have constantly trained, and have kept in alert status for these 13+ years. The bottom line for them is: they can and do access any part of the nation by motor vehicle within 3hrs of said blackswan event.

in the event of such a disaster, power is guaranteed restored within 3 consecutive days, and has been proven to my satisfaction.

since i know this to be fact, when i first read about this oct 17 pre-announce drill, I face-palmed and looked around for the next event that was really scheduled for Oct 17. voila...us goes into default on the 17th. like anyone believes that either.

another man of quality, joel skousen has stated that there will be a drill no doubt about it bc the govt loves announcing drills in advance. they have yet to announce a false flag in advance.

grid scare is just more doomium. everyone take a deep breath. look for what is truly being misdirected away from ...the drill is a distraction, ditto govt default.
