Federal Income Tax passed on Oct 13th 1913.

I want to see what you guys think about this. Larken doesnt go to deep into the 861 argument, but he gives you the rundown of his case and how the IRS has responded to these questions.

I thought his case was pretty sound. The sheep have lost the ability to think like free men. One thing a typical slave hates is the thought of someone else being free.

I'm pretty sure that was the argument Wesley Snipes used. Didn't work out to well for him unfortunately. I applaud anyone who takes a stand against that extremely oppressive and abusive tax and organization.
