If they were really honest, they would of downgraded the U.S. a LONG time ago below A. This country has no means of paying back it's debt. Manufacturing gutted, labor imported, (illegal or otherwise) and comsumption making up 70% of GDP. That isn't a functioning credit worthy nation. That's an unsustainable inevitable implosion.
