My comment from the tittle alone......they are "destroying" the dollar because the US is going into default and they want to make the new greeback king......this will alianite many contries, specially China and Japan, and that will separate the US more away from the rest of the world.

Understand that the Federal Reserve becomes non-existent in 2014. Law hates a perpetuity (except for charitable trusts) and limits legal fictions to 99 years. Technically the Fed stopped existing at the start of 2013. Expect some unreasonable actions to occur to gain your consent to some form of new Fed.
