Came back from the big town about three hours ago, the Dollar Store was fullers than Wally's World and after seeing the prices at Wallys I kow why.......by the way, the bottle of Sunny D is about half an inch shorter, or smaller, and the only reason that I noticed is because it was right next to the old regular size.....other wise I really don't need anything else.....

Tomorrow morning the guy that worked on my pick up about six or seven years ago is going to stop by to give me a price for fixing it......will see......I love my little 23 years old pick up.

Can't think of anything. Everything I buy relates to survival, preparedness, or helping my business. I probably "blow" money on preps that I may never use, like ammo for guns I don't own, or organic soaps instead of cheap chemical soaps.

In the off chance I'll buy a video game, but, I usually will buy 1 to 2 a year. I use video games to keep me sane, focused, and entertained.

I recently paid off ALL of my debts, and I was in a lot of college debt. Right now I want to save up to by my own land/starter home, but I'm worried of what may happen to the dollar before I may get that far. How would I know my Gold/Silver won't still be worth less than I paid for it?

The only thing I can think of is a paint gun. I bought it to shoot at any sea lions who might pick a fight with me. Turns out, haven't fired it once, though it's a neat toy. I call it superfluous because I don't think I need it, and have grown to actually enjoy their aggravating behavior. Besides, shooting them with paint balls might violate the marine mammal protection act, which I surly do not want to do. :)

Shami? congrat on paying all your bills......my only "income" is from my SS and is more than what I need, only because I also have no debts.

Hitcher? you can fill the balls with gasoline that would make it into a wonderfull weapon.

Bought a 4 ton pancake enerpac cylinder that I really didn't need. I already had a 9 ton cylinder that was much longer and all I needed to do was figure out how to use it despite the extra length.

Does this count? I don't buy much stuff for myself, other that clothes & shoes, I mean beyond prepping.

But I needed a garden hose so I figured, why not buy a good one. No, a better one. No, the best one in the world.

I like to buy items that will last a long time, even if they cost more. It's nice to have a few nice things rather than a bunch of cheap things.

I just bought:
"We started our business in 2008 with one specific quest...to make a better garden hose. One that was american made, one that was slim and lightweight, one that would not permanently kink, one that would not leak or smell funny, one that did not leach nasty chemicals, one with fittings that would not crush, one that would remain soft and flexible in cold weather, one that would last for years and one that was beautiful to look at."

This guy's shotgun appears to be a superfluous purchase.

I got one of these...to go with the white one I already have. At least I think I have it. I actually haven't seen it in months. Must be behind all the other Bugatti's and Lamborghini's I have out in the car barn at the back of the airport. Fuck...it's too far to walk out there to look. :)

I'd pick two hands in a bush over a stupid bird any day.

I haven't bought anything in a long while, I pretty much have everything I need or want.

I have been getting some generators repaired though, that doesn't count though.
