Gruesome Halloween decoration results in call to 911
Johnnie Mullins got a visit from first responders after someone called the hotline after seeing a body with its head crushed under a garage door. Turns out it was just one of Mullins' decorations for Halloween, which also includes 'Dead Fred,' a dummy whose head has been run over by Mullins' truck.
