Not even a ton. Might be enough for sailboat ballast though.

First of all the channel is monetized so he is hoping to gain revenue from gullible tards.

Second of all you dont get to see the stash, what you see is some bars and a sheet of tin foil, later in the video he is using about the same amount of silver as lies besides the tinfoil for an "illustration" to show us "how much it was in reference to the complete stack".

In short, he's only got about 100oz of silver.

You're right! Upon closer examination, he used a single layer of bars plus some aluminum foil. No doubt there's filler underneath. I was wondering why that flimsy suitcase didn't buckle as that's more than 1/2 ton! Who the heck would put a 1/2 ton of metal in the suitcase, as if one could pick it up by the handle.

You'd have to be a special kind of stupid to make a video like that, if it was real.

You can see it's totally fake, just one single layer. You can see the wave of the poor construction that the layer is on. It would not be a big wave like it is. Each stack would be a slightly different heights, not with perfectly wavy areas. look at the edges of the silver and the inner truck.

a nice wavy pattern from a cheap underlayment.

where is the video of the silver stack after they took it out. there isn't any.

How long were they in there. why aren't there any with patina?

"Imagine the entire thing full of 13x15 individual stacks".... Yeah, keep imagining...

Look, he has been collecting 1 oz silver bars before this (fake) massive find... How convenient...

Here's my take...

AHHH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

When he shows the "full" case, you really only see a 6x15 rectangle of actual bars, with the everything else covered with aluminum foil. Let's see, 6x15=90.

Then he shows you 3 stacks of 33. Let's see, 3x33=90.

When showing you the 99 bars, he asks you to "imagine" the case full of the bars. I have a better idea: Why don't you actually show us full case of them??

What a weird video.

The joke may be on that sucker. When the IRS knocks on his door with his confession of FINDING $400k+ in silver, he will see that the windfall tax takes more than his Youtube hits would pay off.

if he has lived in his house more than 2 years - could he sell the house, with the silver, and avoid paying capital gains tax ?

i'm not sure if that tax sort-of loophole still exists.

He said they found it in the corner of the garage. However, the video of the chest full of silver in the beginning, is sitting on a stool or something. Who lifted the over 1000 pound chest to put it on the stool. Also, what stool could support that weight, even if the stool could, the sides of the chest are not supported and the chest would split at the corners.
