the world is insane. The people on it at least. That last one was a nutter of the highest order. Only taxi's can be used as car bombs. no other car can be used. And only independent taxi's. Not Washington DC Yellow Cabs.

In the UK they call them mini cabs. Illegal but eventually the govt just gave up trying to regulate it.

This is just another story of the entrenched govt officials looking out for the people who donate money to keeping them in power. I hope Uber knocks the Taxi industry out of business. I have used Uber and the car that picked me up was clean and the driver was really cool. No money exchanged and in DC at night that is safer not only for the passenger... but the driver as well! It seems that all versions of government both state and national are outdated and only serve their purposes and not the peoples! But you all knew that already! 8-)
