"Name and address"...."Good evening to one and all, I am standing in front of the most distinguish council members sitting on their high chairs that to me represents their power over us, the lowly people...this building is here thanks to the tax payers of this town and you have the privilege of siting there as the gate keepers of this town thanks to the votes of the same........ as you all know I spoke here 29 days ago and for those 29 days I was expecting a call from, at least, one of you........sorry to say that it never did happened and that's something that tells me the following 1= you are working with the militia on a secret plan to protect and preserve the freedom of this town...2= you are already working with the power to be in order to control this town... or 3= you believe that I am a crazy person that don't know what he is talking about"

I also would like to inform you that I have a Land Patent which makes my property into a Private Property....as the law passed by our congress and signed by president Monroe, this means that no county, state or federal employee may enter the same un less they have a document signed by a member of the Supreme Court, I do not recognize anything signed by a Federal Judge or the fact that our so called president has declared a Martial Law....you have not protected our country but I will protect my private property........thank you"

I deal with city and county councils quite frequently and I can tell you, without one shred of doubt, you will never get a council member to call you unless their elected seat is on the line (and you are the only one that can save it) or the issue is so big that the paper features it prominently on the front page. Most council members don't really give a shit about being up there. It is more like a feather in their hat, a bullet point on their resumes or something that gets their lazy retired asses out of the house for a few hours. They can't even bother themselves to keep up with the items on their own meeting agendas. I have to present development plans to them every other month or so. Half of them look asleep and the other half ask questions that, if they had read over the submittal, would not be asking because they were already answered. So, with that said, don't count on the Council to do anything other than sit there and act interested.
