NEW YORK -- NEW YORK (AP) — Saying no to a toddler's demands for a McDonald's meal got a father branded an inept parent, he says in a lawsuit claiming a psychologist urged a judge to curtail his parental visits over the dinner debacle.
David E. Schorr says psychologist Marilyn Schiller pronounced him incapable of caring for his nearly 5-year-old son after he offered a choice — dinner anywhere but McDonald's, or no dinner at all — and let the boy choose the latter. He then took his irate son home to the boy's mother's house early from their Oct 30 dinner date, according to a defamation suit Schorr filed Tuesday.

Schiller didn't immediately return a call Friday.
Schorr, an attorney and employee-benefits consultant, is in the midst of a contentious divorce with estranged wife Bari Yunis Schorr. Schiller was court-assigned to evaluate the couple and their child, according to the lawsuit.
Schiller's reports and other filings in the divorce case aren't public; court records indicate only that there have been a flurry of filings over two years. Bari Schorr's lawyer, Louis I. Newman, declined to comment.
While the case plays out, David Schorr has alternate weekends and dinner every Tuesday with his son, according to the defamation suit.
"Normally not a very strict father who rarely refuses his child McDonald's," Schorr put his foot down Oct. 30 "because his son had been eating too much junk food," the suit said. Schorr himself didn't immediately return a call Friday.
He quickly regretted his stance when his son threw a tantrum, but he felt that giving in would reward bad behavior, so he offered the elsewhere-or-nowhere "final offer," as his court papers put it.
"The child, stubborn as a mule, chose the 'no dinner' option," the suit says. And the father promptly carted the boy back to Bari Schorr's building, still trying to entice the child into changing his mind as they waited in the lobby for her to get home from work, according to the suit.
Schiller told a judge the fast food flap "raises concerns about the viability" of the father's weekend visits with his son and asked a judge to eliminate or limit them, his lawsuit says.

I have drummed it into my daughter's head that the fast food restaurants are selling poison, toxic chemicals, But we went to Mc d's the other day I just wanted coffee, not with (acrylamide) and she got a juice, the warning label was posted outside the window and I asked her to read it to me on our way out, she did and she is against fast food now. I didn't know my coffee contained any chemicals?

We use chemicals in our food and drink that California has found to cause birth defects and cancer .

then I saw this one online

The only way the State wont take your kid away from you is if you treat them like shit and abuse them. If you don't the State will. According to the State, all children must the corrupted, raped, or destroyed. Preferably in that order.

Moms have rights, children have rights, Dads are allowed to do what they are told, pay, and nothing else.

Are we surprised the female psychologist sided with the mother?

It is even worse than this ... and it is all part of the puzzle as I view it.

Along with all the shaming over "white male privilege" and "the Patriarchy" is a war over discipline. They call it "authoritarian" personality, but really it is just the usual "manly firmness", honor, acting with dignity.

Wikipedia gives you a quick overview, if you read between the lines: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Authoritarian_personality

A good father, is sometimes authoritarian! But women , who think they are being "spiritually empowered" but who are actually spiritually engaged in REBELLION , hate it.

Another piece of the puzzle, is that during the 1970s, a Rothschild-connected Catholic called Jadot, was in charge of how American Catholic priests were chosen.

It was Jadot who instituted the changes that led to so many homosexuals and unbelievers ending up priests, while good candidates were rejected.

His tool was that Catholic candidates to the priesthood, had to undergo a psych evaluation - and in many cases the psychologists performing the evaluations were not even Catholic!

So the psych evals would be "negative" for men who were "authoritarian" or "too rigid in the beliefs" while the namby-pamby ladyboys would be considered "open and engaging" and receive a pass.

It does not take a genius to figure out what happened - the Catholic church lost its way because the priests they had, would not defend the faith!
