‘The whole grid drill that the U.S., Canada and Mexico are doing together on Wednesday the 13th has just gotten odder, in my opinion.


It appears that in August it was arranged between Hagel and the Chinese Defense minister – Chang Wanquan that the Chinese be part of the drill in Hawaii.


The Chinese drill on Hawaii is being billed as simulating disaster assistance to a ‘fictional third world country’ during the same time of the ‘grid going down drill.’


It will be the first time (so this article says) that the Chinese will have soldiers on the ground in the U.S.’
