It's a powerful video to watch, and a difficult one to watch. It's hard for me to accept that this type of oppressive behavior is a fact these days, but sadly it looks like it is.

I think what shocks me the most is beating up someone who's handcuffed and clearly not resisting, but the camera footage captures this many times.
