From the 1906 Pure Food and Drug Act

SEC.6

That the term “drug,” as used in this Act, shall include all medicines and preparations recognized in the United States Pharmacopoeia or National Formulary for internal or external use, and any substance or mixture of substances intended to be used for the cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease of either man or other animals. The term “food,” as used herein, shall include all articles used for food, drink, confectionery, or condiment by man or other animals, whether simple, mixed, or compound.

The government has lumped food as well as drugs into a category that comes with a religious exemption. Evidently most people choose instead to believe they are in the same category as animals. Alfred Adask shut down the Texas Attorney General by creating a brief on the topic when he was charged with involving himself with colloidal silver. Had the case continued and he had been determined to be guilty and IF his appeal to such a conviction had been successful there would be a cite-able case that could have been used to overturn many hundred thousands of drug convictions.

To say that we are animals could produce a fight with the church (if they had any balls) but it would be A ok with the Jews.......after all, we are goys or cows.

Biblical teachings are about the ways of man. Do's and don'ts are pretty straightforward in the bible. Along comes humanism. Any modification of man results in not-man. The same way you might proclaim yourself male and your spouse not-male or fe-male. Human has been described in Ballentines dictionary as 'monster'. A hue is a color. Human is color of man. Looks like him. Smells like him. Sounds like him. Feels like him and might even taste like him (dunno ... never gone there). But human is NOT man.

Food laws and drug laws are for humans but definitely not for the benefit of man. He has just been classed an animal by a monster. 'nough said!!!

There is historical precedent for regarding man as just another animal. Here it is

From A Contribution to the History of the word person found here

Servis nostris exaequat quadrupedes .. Our slaves are on a level with the quadrupeds.

Now isn't THAT just precious? Here the U.S. decides to expend millions of lives fighting an (un)civil war over the topic of 'slavery' and then they go and implement slavery laws into their codes.
