I think they've been experimenting there for sometime, not sure if its warfare or terraforming though?

Desalination may not be as economical as weather modification.

There are always unintended consequences, especially when screwing with a complex system as the total earth weather. Here in SE PA, the chemtrailing has been intense, almost every day especially at dawn. Instead of clear skies, we have milky white haze. You can't tell me that dumping millions of pounds of nanoparticle aluminum-barium salts and God knows what else into the stratosphere isn't going to create extreme imbalances somewhere. These fucking scientists are playing God and it is going to end very badly.

P.S. I keep electrostatic air filters running in my home 24/7. I use Intense Field Dielectric filters (Honeywell HFD-120q) which I consider superior to HEPA. The Honeywell combines a needle point ionizer with a powerful but energy efficient fan with the IFD filter. The IFD is a honeycomb of dozens of layers of high impedance (dielectric) film stacked to form 2mm sized flues. This array is charge to 8 kV to create an intense electrostratic field not possible with conductive (metal) material which would arc. The field will pull charged particles of all sizes down to nanoparticles out of the airstream instantly. The ionizer insures that all of the particles in the room become negatively charged. Also, the field is strong enough to filter out non-charged particles through dielectrophoresis. During the winter months, when I run my wood burning fireplace insert, these filters pull out enormous amounts of black fine soot from the air, even though the insert is air tight and releases little smoke when adding wood. I would strongly recommend this filter to everyone, especially if you heat your home with wood.

This is the very best discussion of Chemtrails I have listened to. And the discussion touches on the weather warfare aspects of geoengineering. The test results proving Chemtrails are discussed. Massive levels of heavy metal contamination of the air, water and soil are documented. If you know someone who denies Chemtrails, let him listen to this:

In fact, the idea of spraying aluminum oxide from jet aircraft was patented by Hughes Aircraft in 1990 (see www.uspto.gov (http://www.uspto.gov), patent #5003186). The plan proposed "to seed the metallic particles was to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude."

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: Patent #5003186 A method is disclosed for reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a greenhouse gases layer. The method comprises the step of seeding the greenhouse gas layer with a quantity of tiny particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said materials have high emissivities in the visible and far infrared wavelength regions and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength region. Such materials can include the class of materials known as Welsbach materials. The oxides of metal, e.g., aluminum oxide, are also suitable for the purpose. The greenhouse gases layer typically extends between about seven and thirteen kilometers above the earth's surface. The seeding of the stratosphere occurs within this layer. The particles suspended in the stratosphere as a result of the seeding provide a mechanism for converting the blackbody radiation emitted by the earth at near infrared wavelengths into radiation in the visible and far infrared wavelength so that this heat energy may be reradiated out into space, thereby reducing the global warming due to the greenhouse effect."

If I had 70 years since WWII and an unlimited budget in a permanent wartime economy I'd try to control the weather and make earthquakes too.

I'd use it for more positive purposes, but it's undeniable that any tactical or strategic person would want to invest in these kinds of "crazy" ideas (read: high aspiration science) if you have an unlimited budget and a bunch of MIC scientists who are itching to work.

I mean just think about that. You have an UNLIMITED budget. What are you going to do over the next few decades?

Caviar and wine, that gets old. Swimming in tuscany, okay how many years are you going to stay there for? That's just relaxation. Relaxation doesn't spend anywhere close to enough of your unlimited budget.

Eventually you start doing this.
