Editor’s note: This story contains strong language and will be offensive to some readers.

Actress Stacey Dash has made no secret of her conservative viewpoints (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/08/19/black-actress-lays-into-oprah-over-trayvon-martin-emmett-till-comparison-shame-on-you/), and that has gotten her in hot water (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2012/10/10/stacey-dash-fires-back-at-attackers-over-mitt-romney-endorsement-do-your-homework-look-at-your-country/) with the left more than a few times (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2012/10/08/twitter-explodes-after-black-actress-endorses-romney-as-the-only-choice-for-your-future/).

That tension hit the boiling point Wednesday when Dash tweeted Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech to mark its 50th anniversary (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/08/28/mlks-dream-inspires-a-new-march-and-a-president/):

Classy gesture, right? Well, not to some black Twitter users who were annoyed by Dash’s comments. This person found fault with Dash using the word “negro” despite it being part of a direct quote from King’s speech:

Others were nastier, even tweeting back that Dash is a “white bi**h” and that she “lost her “privilege” to quote King because apparently she prefers whites to blacks. (Warning: Some rough language ahead…)

No need to dream, just wake up and live it in Detroit, Mempis, Atlanta, Birmingham, New Orleans, Haiti, Liberia... just stop by with your message of equality.

Stacy Dash is my favorite black woman. When I think of black women that I find attractive, somehow the closest I can get is Stacy Dash.
