i think the mania will continue for a while, although i would not describe it as a stable equilibrium.

also, the currency in which the Dow is denominated is not the same as Dow 13,000 or Dow 14,000.


by the time the Dow gets to 20,000, if it does, hamburger will be north of $4 a pound (unless you buy the super-value packs or expiration date packs).

I lost all my investments/retirement in stocks and the rest fighting an illegal foreclosure in 08. Now I have no stocks or ferns but own a home clear and taxes are well under 400 for the year (vs 600 a month). Blessing in disguise. Wish I did this instead of fighting.
