I remember as a young child that the key to winning a lot of the neighborhood games in football and basketball was all about who got picked first. If you were lucky enough to get Michael on your team, then you knew you were going to win. If you were in a foreign park playing against kids you did not know, Michael was the great equalizer. I also knew that getting the right kids on my side helped in spelling bees and walking home from the movies so I didn’t get beat up. Learning how to organize my team with the right people, served me well when I became a men’s college head basketball coach in terms of winning the recruiting wars. I always felt the April recruiting wars was the deciding factor in many games in the following December.
America is in the choosing sides phase of the coming civil war. To use a college recruiting phrase, it is accurate to state that the letters of intent to join one side or another side, have mostly been signed and the commitments offered. However, there is one big uncommitted piece, but very soon the sides will be drawn.
The Chess Pieces of Civil WarWhat is going on today in America is all about choosing sides. There are clear lines being formed in the United States. The recruiting pool consists of the Department of Homeland Security, the American military, local law enforcement, the Russian troops pouring into the United States, the trickle of Chinese troops coming into the country through Hawaii and, of course, the poor, the middle class and elite. This is the recruiting pool which will form the chess pieces of the coming American Civil War.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or things to be seized.
Recent Supreme Court decisions have given the police nearly unlimited power to search houses, businesses and cars – in many cases without a warrant. In Florida, courts have refused to stop police from boarding buses, blocking exits and searching passengers. RICO laws and “anti-drug” laws have given government the power to seize all the assets (http://www.thelibertybeacon.com/category/freedom/asset.htm) of an individual or company without indictment or trial. Strip-searching persons arrested for even minor traffic violations is becoming more and more common. Courts and legislatures now consider virtually any government search and seizure “reasonable.”

A well-regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.
Our right to bear arms (http://www.thelibertybeacon.com/category/freedom/guns.htm) is being gradually destroyed as the federal government, the states, and communities enact ever more repressive “gun control” legislation. Law-abiding citizens buy guns to prevent crime, while law-breakers buy guns to commit crimes. Laws against guns are laws against the law-abiding, because law-breakers will ignore those laws. Gun control laws raise crime rates every time they are passed, to the benefit of law-breakers. California made criminals of over 700,000 of its citizens with the stroke of a pen by banning many popular semi-automatic rifles. Washington D.C. has strict gun control laws and snipers and murderers galore. To fight government and criminal violence, Americans need the means to defend themselves more than ever, yet we are being legally disarmed.
The rights of free speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and freedom of assembly belong to “the people” individually. So does the right to keep and bear arms.

In the future a "probable cause" will mean that they saw you taking a piss outside your home...or... anything that they wanted to be.

Old Steel? I'd rater me outside where I can have body movement......but of course at my age I no longer have the "movement" that I would like to have so that my fighting will have to be from inside of my home......but....if I get killed then many slaves will I have because my home can protect itself...and "they" really, really, really, don't want to burn my home down.

PS: Good looking rifle, for me to own it would be a waste of having one.
