Trackers, whether manual or automatic, have become obsolete due to the low cost of panels. I would just fabricate some roof brackets out of 1 1/4" angle iron and mount them permanently on your roof. They have to be within 14 degrees of true south, not magnetic or grid south. Mount them for optimum winter sun angle, summer will not be a problem.

To give an example. I have 2 120 watt panels mounted flat, not angled at all, on the top of my RV. They are set to charge at 14.2 volts. That should be around 17 amps max output, if angle perfectly in direct sunlight. The most I've seen them put out is around 13 amps, during the summer. Again, this is flat, not angled correctly at all. So it makes sense to me what hoarder is suggesting. Save the money from the tracker and put it into extra panels.
