That was cool as hell! On a lot of levels. My oh my how the gun culture has changed,,,and for that matter remained the same.

Did anyone notice that the crook was Otis from Mayberry, AG show?

The whole kit with the sidearm and holster was 7.00, quite a bit for the time but money had worth. Today 7.00 is still quite a but considering everything in general.

hehe cool. First toy purchased from working odd jobs and saving was an toy M16. It was a mixed bag. Parents mortified, Mates loved it. So basically it was all the right kinds of awesome long before awesome was a word. Made machine gun noises and was pretty rugged.

We used to play Combat and stuff like that.
